Long drive through lines. I think it's funny how now Popeyes and a few other places. Are still trying to play this Covid thing when Quarantine is over as well as the world is coming back to reality. I think Popeyes should do the same. This having your lobbies closed is only hurting your establishments. Bc no one is going too or will sit in long drive thru lines all day everyday. This is an excuse to not deal with inside guest. To do what they feel within the establishment. Not work as hard or fast to process and hand out orders. The managerment staff should be ashamed of themselves. You don't want to open your lobbies to public when the public is back open. No one can use the bathroom if need be. Bc they don't want too have to clean the lobby, bathrooms, soda machine and ect. Laziness at its finest if anyone was waiting for the world to shut down it would be fast food. Reason they not trying to open completely but after a while this behavior will come to an end. You will have to open the dining area soon. Enjoy being lazy now and only having to worry about the back area and drive thru. Really really easy huh? No front register to count or shift changes. But it won't last long and the longer you keep your lobbies closed with long lines to the street. Popeyes will lose to the other companies around them. They forget things in your bag, give you the wrong food, somethings wrong. Then try to call no answer. They act like they can't see you at the door outside. Having you have too sit in a long line again for an order that may not be yours. The order is wrong. Food cold fries cold whatever it is. Popeyes is inconveniencing everyone right about now. Get it together and if it's too much work for your shift managers to take on before the pandemic. Then fire the whole management team and start over. But that lobby shouldn't be closer closed anymore. Start taking the proper precautions andopen your dining room. Your losing profit with just one mean of money. Just the drive through I know these popeyes are not hitting their daily profit goals with just the drive thru. Because everybody drives off before or after an order. And your drive thru times look ridiculous due to your drive through not moving so. Your not moving as fast as you need too to get everyone...
Read moreSo this it’s my first time going to this location and I must say the food was hot and fresh but the customer service at the drive through was terrible so as I’m ordering my food I tell the girl at the drive thru that I wanna order this and that but I have a coupon for a $7.99 tender meal she says ok what’s ur two sides I tell her my two sides so she tells me my total and I’m trying to see why it’s so high from what I added up from the coupon so when I ask how much it’s everything she tells me and I state so did u add this coupon I told u about the girl says idk someone else was on there talking so I told her to give me a refund and redo my order because when I was in the drive thru I clearly said I had a coupon and the girl said ok drive up so she said well I can’t undo it then she tells me to pull up because I gotta wait on my tenders to be cooked which she did not mention while I was in the drive thru so I got out and went in and told one of the other workers what was going on the lady was kind enough to give me a refund for what they charged me for because they wasn’t listening so as I’m in the store the other girl that took my order walks right me with my food n takes it outside to the car I’m still n the store so after I’m done getting my refund because they wasn’t listening and didn’t have any intentions on making it right I go outside to make sure all my food it’s right and have to end up going right back inside the second time because they forgot to put my fries in the bag alone with my order that I paid for so I end up sending my boyfriend back in out of all the trouble they put me through with having to go back in the store twice they didn’t say sorry or made anything right this doesn’t apply to the inside workers just the two young girls working the drive through terrible service and didn’t even know how to do a refund they even said I couldn’t get a refund for them messing my order up so I had to get out my car and go out my way for something they didn’t get right the first time clearly not even the second time so this will be my first and last time coming here!! Read moreI had the worst experience that I have ever had, when I tried to support this restaurant. The chicken was actually black and then cooked anyway. The cole slaw was slimy and if someone had blown their nose in it. After 3 attempts to call the restaurant, each time the phone was answered with the person having a conversation with someone else and never acknowledging the phone call. After repeatedly saying hello, my call was finally acknowledged. I explained the food situation and was told to return the food. I was in route to the hospital to visit my mother and could not return. I was told to just bring it back tomorrow. When Iasked was she the manager, I was put on hold and then disconnected. Calling back I ask for the manager and was greeted with "What?" I said "Excuse me are you talking to me? Are you the manager?" And was hung up on! I called again and the phone was answered with "What?". I asked again, "Are you the mananger?" "Yes I am" she stated. I responded "and that's the way you answer the phone?" Her snip response was "l said Popeyes" "What do you want?" After stating my issue, not only was it not resolved but I was then hung up on again! I felt obligated to take a moment to write about my experience and to pass on that This Is NOT the type of customer service anyone should receive from any business in our community. Especially a fast food establishment. I will never support this business again I want to encourage anyone thinking of supporting this business to reconsider and go somewhere else. I'm sure I am not the only person that has had such an experience at this restaurant! We must stop spending our money at places that gives bad food and service. If we stop supporting these types of inferior businesses, they will be forced to improve or close. We deserve to be treated with appreciation for our business.
