Nails Tips — Local services in Atlanta

PLEASE PLEASE Please do not go here! So the teller at the bank told me to try this place a couple weeks ago. She told me that they only charged $20 for acrylic fill-ins with gel polish and 5minutes from my house. I had been paying $40 at a place that was out of my way for a couple of months, so I gave Nail Tips a try. Now I know you get what you pay for😧

First visit, got in and out in 38 minutes. Not that bad, it definitely doesn't have a relaxing atmosphere so the quicker I could leave the better. It was crazy busy too, but I was satisfied for the moment.

Second visit 2 Sundays ago, that was torture, I waited an hour for service. Got in the pedicure chair with the laziest person ever. One woman starts cursing out her nail tech for no reason so profanely. Then it took an hour and 20 minutes for basic pedicure and she completely cut off my toenails. I asked someone else to do it but no one was available.

Against my better judgment I stayed for my fill in, that started an argument with 2 other women about who came after me, crazy! The nail tech cut my pinky finger because she hand acrylic all over my fingers. By Wednesday on my business trip my pinky finger was so swollen it wouldn't bend, hot, throbbing and puss-filled. I went to the Walgreens near my hotel to get something to soak my finger, antibiotic ointment, and bandaids. I almost fainted when I looked down to see my finger tip basically exploded while I was standing there in the pharmacy(by far the most gross thing I ever saw). The wellness clinic doctor took care of it for me because I could not.

More than a week later my finger has gotten better but it is incredibly painful....

Please, what ever you do, don’t spend your money at this shop, please. Don’t lose your money for a service that was suppose to last 5 to 6 weeks but started failing in 2 days. Their rating is already 3.6. I wish I had read the reviews first! They truly DO NOT BACK THEIR SERVICES. $45.00 + a $10.00 tip is a lot of money for your nails to be falling off in 2 days. Plus acrylic is lifting off nail beds inviting fungus and this is all less than 2 weeks (11 days). They had a nerve to get mad at me because I got mad at them for not backing their incompetence/lousy service. But that’s OK “Karma” works fast (and I don’t mean anything bad coming from me), I mean GOD has my back. No good comes to a business that don’t back their services or make things right with a customer. Please take heed. I went to this location two ago, ok so I am aware the closing time says 7:30, door wide open as if they still accepting customers. So I proceeded to go in and sit down in the chair, NO one said anything I sat for about ten minutes until I finally asked someone if I was gone be able to be seen today. They started talking in their language and then finally the guy told me they were closed. I was a little frustrated I mean I was sat their looking silly until I finally decided to ask someone if I was gone be able to get nails done. BAD customer service. Mind you, I had my daughter with me she's eight and was excited to get her nails done as well, She was looking for nail polish. I had to tell her we couldn't get it done, so that upset her some. And another thing, once I stared to leave a guy tried asking if I wanted them done?? UMMM NO! See that's games I don't play I politely said never mind go somewhere else.
