Ameen Fish And Wings — Restaurant in Atlanta

I come to this location 3 to 4 time a week and always spend 25 to 30 dollars everytime I order something. I called to place a order over the phone and someone answered the phone and said to hold. Well after holding for 1 minute the phone went into fax mode, so I'm hearing a fax machine in my ear. I hung up and called back to get a busy signal. I was 20 minutes away from this location. I was calling back to back and I was getting busy signal then after 2 ring the phone hung up. I pull up to the location and it's not busy. So the person who answered the phone clearly put the phone down and completely forget about taking my order. So when I came into the location and said I was trying to place a order over the phone and no one ever can back that when that person hung up the phone. Didn't care about the fact that I was on hold for all that time and still had to come in to pkace the order. I have been on my feet allllll day. I really just wanted to get my food and go home, but no! Bad customer...

I tried calling to speak with the manager but I don't think the foreign lady who answers the phone wants me to. I ordered whiting nuggets with fries and a side salad. When I got home to open the salad, it had a long piece of black hair in it on the side. I called to speak with the manager but no one answered. I called again this morning but was told the manager wasn't available. I told the woman with the foreign accent what happened but wanted to relay the message myself. When I called this afternoon, an African American woman answered and was about to get the manger for me but when the other lady in the background asked her what was going on, she immediately put the fax machine on. I tried calling back but of course the line was busy smh. I had no other choice but to leave a review. NO ONE wants freaking HAIR in their food.

Update. I called back and the African lady put the phone down when I asked for the manager again smh. No kind of customer service and just NASTY!!!...

The fish was okay the shrimps were great (both a little limp maybe that came from the packaging) the chicken wings delicious the onion rings could be better the red beans and rice no go back into the kitchen 😊 service needs improvement I know we are wearing masks but even with that I can tell whether you have a smile on your face (voice). The young lady gave my change to someone else and although they were with me I would never take money from someone and then give the change to someone else. I know how a good owner of a restaurant appreciates good feedback so please take this as constructive responses and not demeaning in any way about your service or food. May God bless your establishment as you walk in Him. Thank you I'm coming back for those shrimp- keep them down for just a few seconds longer to get that crispy texture on...
