If I could rate this NO stars I would. Today I came to this KFC/Taco Bell to order a quesedilla, tripple layer nacho and a soft potatoe taco. HANIFAH was the person who took my order. She rushed me to place the order. when I was finally ready to place my order, I couldnt really choose what I wanted in the drive through because she kept saying "Ma'am are you ready" back to back after I nicely told her, "One moment". It gets worse, When I got to the window she rushed me to move forward and wait on the side even though there was not one car behind me. She never gave me the total for my food. What was even more shocking she did not even offer me a reciept after she used my debit card without telling me the cost of my food. She was sooooooo extra rude it was crazy. Next, I pull forward waiting a few minutes. Then she finally Brings me my food from the front door. I said, "excuse me ma'am?" She said "WHHHAAAAATTTT" in a yelling voice. I said, "Can I please have my reciept." In a ver low calm voice. She just turned around went inside brought the reciept and walked away. I checked my food the quesadilla was not cooked at all. The food looked like slop. I am going to continue to create reviews about this situation until I hear from someone that this situation was handled accordingly. If I wasnt so disturbed with my experience I would not be sitting here waisting my time to send a review. I actually want a full refund I will be contacting Brian Niccol on behalf of this situation ticket number...
Read moreI really wish I had read the review's before going to this location. SMH. With most establishments like this, one restaurant seems to have priority over the other. This one is no different. Its obvious that KFC is the winner here.
I ordered a steak quesadilla, a soft taco with extra cheese, and a cheesy gordita crunch with no sour cream. The cashier then tells me that the cheesy gordita crunch doesn't come with sour cream. I give her my money, take my change and head on over to the drink fountains.
No sweet tea - bummer but no biggie. No large lids available and the cashier acted like it was a problem when I asked her if they had any in the back. No straws either.
After waiting about 20 minutes, my order number was finally called. I briefly check my bag to make sure that everything is there and I walk back out to the car. On the way home, I open up the wrapper for the cheesy gordita crunch and what do I see? SOUR CREAM!
I get home and the quesadilla is cold (so it seems like thats the first thing they made and had it sitting to the side - because the cheesy gordita crunch was still hot!) and my soft taco did not have any cheese on it at all... and yes I paid a little extra for the extra cheese as noted on my receipt.
I will NEVER step foot in that place again. The Lee Street and Camp Creek locations never give me a...
Read moreIm normally an optimistic rater, but this restaurant needs management. We stopped by on the way home from Orlando, Florida. We needed to use the bathroom and the bathrooms were locked so we waited outside the bathrooms. One of the workers made sure we were going to order food then they unlocked the door. The bathroom was really dirty. It needed a good bleach scrub. The floors in the restaurant were slippery and dirty. One lady observed that the counter and tables were dirty and asked one of the girls with light eyes to give her a spray and rag. This person whom we thought was a customer cleaned her table and sat down to eat from another restaurant's food. This person even asked one of the ladies for a cup and she helped herself to a free large drink. Another worker there had gloves on but touched her hair, face, and walked around with her phone, touched stuff in the lobby with gloves on! I highly recommend to hire an efficient manager with no friends from the neighborhood to keep that place clean and professional. Our food was cold as well and the drinks had an aftertaste. This experience taught us that if we are in the mood of taco bell, we will only go to restaurants right by the exit and not drive 5 minutes...
