We went to the drive through ordered a chicken sandwich meal and another chicken sandwich, after being told to pull up in front of the car that was ahead of us that was also pulled up waiting for food we waited 10 minutes before the food was delivered to the car in front of us and we were then told we had 4 minutes before our food would be ready. Frustrated with this information we went inside and asked for a refund, we were told that they do not give refunds. The person who was at the window and outside went to prepare our food, I didn’t see any hand washing or sanitizing so we insisted that we didn’t want the food but did want our money back, the manager insisted that they don’t give refunds so I asked where is that posted and she replied “it used to be here on the counter” however it was not there. We didn’t get any food and we left and immediately called the corporate office and spoke with someone who gave me a case number and said someone else would contact me after several days no one contacted me I emailed them and got another case number to which they responded by email and asked for details. Not only did I give them the details I sent them a copy of my receipt for food we didn’t get. This happened on 12/2/24 and it’s now 12/31:24 and no one has contacted me back from the corporate office about my refund. Read moreThis location dose not honor the deals that KFC advertises on their website at this location, the will claim the do at the drive thru board not give you the price, then try to charge you more at the window. I dont know if it is an employee trying to scam customers for extra money or the location not honoring deals, then when you do not want to pay the upcharge and ask yo just cancel the order you get ruse treatment and insulted by the rude employee telling me I am broke and cant afford an extra dollar because I want to cancel an order they are over charging for, so after being insulted and told I am broke, I did have to insult her back by pulling out on knot of money out of my pocket and showing it to her showing that she could work her job for 2 months straight save every dollar and not have what I had in my pocket. I went to the KFC in Mableton and the honored the deal and so much faster, friendlier and better service. The young lady in the photo was speaking some type of slang language in the drive through while I was trying to order, so I had to drive around, she then called me broke, and began to laugh at me with her fellow co workers after she kept running my card numerous times, each time she ran the card, I was being charged. I then asked this young lady for her name and she said absolutely not! I have her on video laughing and being extremely belligerent, rude, and disrespectful! I called the next day and spoke to the manager Nicole, she told me there’s nothing I can do for you and hung up! I am still waiting for corporate to return my call! Please, do not waste your time eating at this location! This location doesn’t deserve your time and money.
