When it comes to my health, I take the vetting process very seriously. I started my journey in August of 2021, in search of a highly trained physician in Atlanta and came across Tailor Made Looks.

Dr. Berhane is a top ranked plastic surgeon specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery of the face, breasts and body. After my initial consultation for Rhinoplasty & Buccal Fat Removal, I had concerns about whether I was making the correct decision. Upon multiple visits, Dr. Berhane took his time to address all of them. He throughly explaining the process, and his technique, leaving me with the utmost comfort in my decision to move forward.

Tailor Made Looks delivers “white-glove” treatment provided by a skilled, and attentive team focused on quality, safety & service. The office is immaculate, and conveniently located in the heart of Buckhead. Upon check-in, I’m always greeted by friendly, attentive and professional staff. All appointments are confirmed in advance via, phone, text and/or “my chart” (electronic medical record). Prior to, and up until day of surgery, I met with additional team members who were all exceptional at what they do. From recovery follow-up calls, pre-set follow-up appointments, to the beautiful flower arrangement sent to my home.

The attention to detail from inception to delivery demonstrate a genuine appreciation and value they have for their customers. Honestly, I can’t give enough praise to Dr. Berhane and the entire staff at Tailor Made Looks. I highly recommend them! I chose this score because everyone that I have come in contact with has been very nice to me starting with Keili (front desk), which I feel is very important because first impressions are lasting.

Sierra has been so kind, wonderful, and helpful in answering all of my questions. Her personality is infectious, and always returned my phone calls right away, as well as reached out to me to make sure I was doing okay and didn’t need anything.

Lauren has been amazing with my massages and addressing any concerns or questions I’ve had… just a kind person as well. She’s the best and knows exactly what she’s doing.

Dr. Berhane has far exceeded all of my expectations. His bedside manner is to die for, and his work as a surgeon…. Well it speaks for itself… volumes. He’s very knowledgeable and makes certain before I leave I have a clear understanding of what’s going on with me and how to care for myself. He has always addressed all of my concerns, and answered all of my questions without me even having to ask. He’s very caring and when I am visiting with him (my appointments), he ALWAYS makes me feel like I’m important, it’s my time, and I’m never rushed.

Had the worst experience here with their administrative staff/front desk person Nikki . As a new patient I had called and provided my insurance details to confirm that they are “in network” of my insurance provider. First she called to say that they need to reschedule as the doc has a surgery come up, then they called back next day that they can adjust as the surgery schedule has changed. I cancelled my appointment at another place since they could adjust. I show up there at 830am and after taking my insurance details she made me wait for an hour saying the doc is running late and “some woman don’t stop asking questions” apparently referring to the existing patients that are making the doc run late. Come on Nikki as a woman don’t help stereotype other woman, there’s enough of that going on already . After an hour she says they are not in network and would need to charge me the deductible. My plan has no deductible for in network. I was so frustrated and left without seeing the doc and as I needed to remove my stitches on my injury, her only other suggestion was I can go to any urgent care and they can remove the stitches. I know that lady but the reason I’m seeing a plastic surgeon is also to get an expert opinion on scarring etc from the stitches on my face. Very insensitive and...
