I love this place. I love it. I love it. I love it. I love the people. I love the place. I love the selection. Everything like this place. I love..❤️The two women who I see most of the time, Hannah-May and Milena, perfectly address my Poké Bowl asks.Weather a good looking male nurse 🧑‍⚕️ is taking a break from The Shepherd Center’s usual Devine selection of food and ordering for five other people or not, these two women have it down. An Uber Eats walks in. A coffee bubble tea 🧋 and an Açaí Bowl will be needed, last minute. No problem. Each woman looks up, they look at one another, at the guest in front of them, and each smiles. One bag sits out, ready to be picked up, I believe, behind the counter. A UPS truck drives by.The ladies continue their incredible 🦶 footwork. It’s incredible because it’s the most well selected , well thought out moving they probably do all day, along with how they satisfy and respond to guests telling them weather or not to put Salmon 🍣, Tuna 🍣, Spicy Tuna, Spicy Salmon, Shrimp 🍤, Albacore Octopus 🐙 scallops, tofu, chicken,… Having to figure out what people want to eat is crazy. I've been buying takeouts from them for a while now and I keep coming back because their food tastes so fresh, including the fish, the portions are generous, especially for the price you're paying, the place is clean and their sauces are one of the best ones I've had. They have a stamp-based rewards program, are cordial and I like that their Asian employees aren't so quiet and shy anymore. I'm also glad they've made their CBD drink section very clearly labeled as to avoid accidental purchases from non-CBD consumers.I don't quite get why CBD products would be sold at a poke bowl place anyway... The only improvements I'd like to see is them offering us a bag instead of only giving us one whenever we ask for one. It's like they're being stingy about it. And I'd love to not have to type my email or phone every time I purchase something there. In some places, that information is already in their system. The free chocolate bar is also a very nice touch, and that's the reason I came here to write a review but I had to ask for my bar instead of being offered...

I am so so sad to be writing this because this is one of my favorite Poke spots. I’ve honestly come here so much I couldn’t even tell you how many times. Every time the manager/owner is so so sweet to me and gives me a warm smile in recognization. All the employees have always been kind to me as well. Today I had the unfortunate opportunity to be serviced by a new staff member named Ramona, and she was beyond rude and left such a bad taste in my mouth. I was redeeming a free medium bowl (which shows you how much i come) and everytime i tried to tell her what i wanted in it she’d speak over me and be generally rude. At the end, I am normally asked if I would like utensils in a bag so I was telling her I would like a fork and a bag and she looked at me and said “I’m getting it” in such a rude tone. i’m sad because I come here so often but if I see her again I think I...
