I had the pleasure of doing business with camera guy “Q” out of metro ATL.. His professionalism was refreshing! His calm demeanor will always be welcomed in my home. I will call on him in the near future for Other work... if he’ll have me. I can sometimes not be the best to work with, but he did it with pride and calm. Thank you “Q” for being my Camera Guy to go to, in Riverdale Ga. and going beyond your call of duty!! Your customer service was awesome! Satisfied customer in Riverdale Ga.

.... I ‘m retracting the above review. As I stated above. As I connected my firebox to the 65” flat screen installed above my fireplace, I found trash on the mantle from where Q the Tech craved the hole to connect the wires. He didn’t attempt to clean the mess, nor did he install a game box and frame to cover the hole. I paid $150.00 for the installation which for that price which I’ve researched should have included those items. Yes I am picky when it’s comes to spending my money as anyone should be. When I called him to question him about this issue, he was very defensive. Claiming he was not trying to hide the hole, but he also didn’t tell me I had a hole a little bigger than the firebox itself. I’m 5’1” tall, so I figure he didn’t think I’d get up there to see the mess he left. He said he’d com back out, but as I thought about it, I don’t want him back at my house to do anything. He doesn’t have to worry about me referring anyone to him. He never gave me a definite date to come back out though I asked for one. Sorry to say I gave him five stars initially but he only deserves THREE. He knew I knew nothing about the installation of the television, but I had not just one person but two to tell me he could have and should have done better. I have pictures to show the work he did on this particular television. Still trying to find a way to post them. Everyone should go behind the technicians that do work at their homes whether they know what they’re looking at or not. I trusted him because he was referred. Even though a person is referred you still need to go behind them!!! AGAIN THREE STARS IS ALL HE DESERVES!!

Not so satisfied...

These guys are amazing and very very professional at what they do . I tried them first on my business property and WOW the nighttime color vision cameras that The Camera Guys recommended were past perfect for my property. So I had them come to my house and replace those cheap store bought cameras with the same exact ones they put on my business . The comfort these guys brought to both properties for us is what we’ve been looking for all these years,with the different options of camera’s and the knowledge of knowing how to observe and tell you exactly what you need is absolutely priceless I find myself looking at my phone all the time now since they connected everything all together spectacular job Money...
