As a graphic designer, I was really looking forward to creating a custom, high-quality wedding invitation suite. I designed everything myself and came to East Atlanta Copy Center specifically to print white ink on dark, heavy cardstock. After reading positive reviews and receiving a successful test print, I felt confident moving forward.

Unfortunately, the actual experience was disappointing. Issues began to arise during the full printing process, but these weren't communicated to me in a timely or proactive way. There were at least three missed deadlines, and each time, I had to follow up myself—via email, phone calls, and eventually in person—to get any updates.

I understand that printing complications can happen (in this case, my cardstock turned out to be too thick for their printer), but better communication would have made a huge difference. If I had been informed earlier, I could have adjusted the paper choice and avoided wasting my entire supply.

In the end, I received only 4 usable prints out of a batch of 100. The remaining 96 were either incomplete or damaged. While I was refunded for the printing, I still lost $100 worth of paper and about two weeks of valuable time.

Shout-outs to Phil, Matt, Robbie, & Micki! I showed up on a Friday with an extensive project idea in mind. I vend at markets and sell clothes. This time, I wanted to sell my own designs & needed 10 shirts by the next weekend.

Despite its complications, everyone at the EAV Copy Center was patient & thorough while working with me! Great communication and overall I had a wonderful experience with the whole staff. They even finished all 10 shirts by the time I went to pick them up!! (Estimated turnaround was a few days)

I submitted an online order for digital downloads and the instructions stated to use a quality printing (not photo paper). The prints produced were absolute perfection!!! Such great quality for both B&W and color designs and thebpaper weight was agood choice, I used 100lb paper (the texture makes a such difference)!

The online ordering & payment process was simple for a first time user, but I hear that they'll be making updates to that process soon - stay tuned! I called a few days later to ensure that I submitted thenofer correctly and was received by pleasant and helpful staff!
