This store has drastically improved over the year. It's clean, stocked, and well-organized. The staff members are lovely people who seem happy to provide a great experience for the shopper.

Navagated the isles of this store carefully as natural movement is restricted due to the floors being littered with garbage, large piles of clothing, and other retail items inefficiently stored in shopping carts. This irritation warranted some frustration but it wasn't until I stood alone at the checkout counter for a lengthy period of time did the full extent of incompetence come to light. Nutshell: the staff member who eventually arrived to cash me out posted up at a different register and stated, "I'm over here, guys," and proceeded to tend to customers that had been in line BEHIND me. I asked if someone would be coming to help me. He dismissed me so I asserted myself by insisting he take care of me after he finished with the rude person who knowingly cut the line. He offered no apology but casually went about his task. I was left with the impression that he was simply demonstrating his regular behavior on the job.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I'm a doordash shopper who walked into the store to grab a few things for a customer. I politely asked the man working behind the counter, Will, if I could please have the bathroom key. He immediately snapped at me in front of customers "Only if you're buying something!" Even though I was met with rudeness I was very polite and informed him that I was shopping for someone else. He finished up with the customer in line and then let me into the MEN'S restroom, upon which entering I noticed that the toilet was full of excrement and toilet paper. I didn't want to risk flushing it and flooding the whole bathroom so I let Will know that I would not be using the restroom because it was gross. He promptly snapped at me again "I don't think so!" I then let him know that the toilet was in fact full of poop and toilet paper then went about my shopping. Would I have been treated differently if I was a customer? I'm just trying to do my job and I don't deserve to be treated like a lying, incompetent fool. Needless to say I will not be stepping foot in any Dollar General store for the...

I went in and there was no one at the register nor any either customers in the store, so I got the staffs attention to help me check out. I was told by the sales associate asst manager that next time the self check out was open. And I feel if checking customers out is apart of your job why would you tell me to check myself out when I thought that option was there if it was busy. I spoke to the rude manager and he told me it was not their job to take care of every customer which I was so confused. And I said it must he alot of merchandise walking out because you all don't want to assist the customers when it is your job! I want a new manager the staff is rude they do have a new sales associate that is so pleasant I think her name is Kiara I think she should be promoted it was so nice to go in this location and be helped by helpful staff.
