Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Pontiac

I would not recommend going to this Baskin Robins in pontiac here is why every time I go there they are out of everything I want I was there on Sunday September 6th at about 10:40 pm I went to order a banana split and they never have banana okay fine so I decide to get their version of a blizzard so I ask for a oreo and Reese one with a nasty additude we don't have no oreo's okay fine so I said then I will have strawberries instead of the oreo's then I got a really nasty additude telling me no your not getting strawberries because I'm not getting messy for no one I said to her well your out of everything else I wanted so this is what I want she said oh well I'm not going to do it and started blaming management for not having what I wanted so I asked for her name and I was not able to call until today I will see what will happen probably nothing but at least I got to tell about my bad experience I had I will be going to Stone Cold Creamery on Woodward...

Absolutely AWFUL customer service! Were rude to me on the phone AND my doordash driver who was there to pick my order up!!! I ordered a drink and an ice cream scoop with some toppings and just because they didn't have some of the toppings I requested, they OUTRIGHT REFUSED to make my WHOLE ORDER and told me it was MY PROBLEM and that I had to cancel my order!!!

My dasher was kind enough to swing around again and ask them to make my order but with no toppings then and THEY STILL REFUSED!

I had to call DD, cancel my order, they refunded me, I had to order again with NO TOPPINGS, and I called the store to confirm they received my order and the lady on the phone with me was OVERLY rude and HUNG UP ON ME!!!

They weren't even busy either! My dasher specifically states that there wasn't anyone in line or...

Limited selection; don't expect them to have whatever "flavor of the month" commercial the company is running. The owner of this store has decided such things are a waste of time, apparently. Find another location or go to Cold Stone on Woodward and Sq Lake. Many more options than this waste of time.

July 4, 2018 update: went to drive thru because the dining area had just closed, and somehow they "ran out" of cookies and cream.
