Today I went to your establishment that just recently reopened. This was the second time. The first was lackluster. But today I was reminded of my dead grandmother. So for that I am thankful. When I was a little girl my grandmothers home had a pond. We would often feed the fish and ducks little bits of bread. My grandmother would take all the ends of her bread loaves and the crusts and sit them out for days to harden so we could make the tiniest little crumples to feed. We would throw the bits into the pond snd watch all the fish come suck them up in their cute little fish lips. Ahh memories. Well today I ordered a chicken little - the bun could have been one of those left out by my grandmother years ago. The crunch reminded me of when I myself am old and grey and the possibility that my teeth may break if I bit into something so hard. Side note the chicken was dryyyyyy.. and I mean dryyyy. It’s very disrespectful to walk up to a building at 12:30pm on a Saturday to one of the TOP fast food chains in the WORLD!!!! just to find out not only is the door locked, no sign up, or non instructions in the door dash app that’s required for business when they have specific pick up details. Also this drive around is VERY near!! I would like to pick and choose rather I want the cement curb to chew my tires up or get scratches and marked in this small drive thru space. This was done to have a reason to have orders backed up. Covid is over, all the other fast food restaurants are open! Other KFCs are open. So this is a personal decision. Time for me to place my order, I wanted 12 pieces Wings unsauced, I asked if they can be cooked a little longer, because I have ordered them before and they have been red and not cooked all the way, I was told no, they couldn't cooked them like that, I ordered them anyways, and was waiting to be told my cost and that I can move forward, I was waiting, no response, I asked is it okay for me to move forward? Her response was.. I SAID 12.71 very rudely!!! What happened to good customer service. Very unprofessional of her, she doesn't need to take orders, she needs to be cleaning the lobby or something with little communication with customers......
