An Absolute Gem Behind the Counter â Armani Is the Standard!
As a DoorDasher whoâs been to countless fast food locations across the region, I rarely take the time to write a review â but tonight, Armani at this Taco Bell location left me absolutely compelled.
From the moment I pulled up, she radiated professionalism and composure, handling a busy evening rush with the kind of poise youâd expect from someone managing a five-star restaurant. Armani greeted me not just with courtesy, but with genuine respect â something thatâs unfortunately become rare in this fast-paced industry.
What truly stood out was her urgency paired with grace. She didnât just move fast â she moved purposefully, ensuring every order (including mine) was handled promptly and accurately, without ever sacrificing warmth or friendliness. It was like watching a conductor lead an orchestra â controlled, calm, confident.
Her attitude was nothing short of exceptional. Armani has that rare ability to balance efficiency with a kind of welcoming presence that makes you feel valued, whether youâre a paying customer or a delivery driver hustling to meet a timer. She represented the Taco Bell brand with such excellence that I sincerely hope leadership is paying attention â this is the kind of employee who elevates the entire business.
If I were in charge of hiring or promotions, Armani would already be in a management track. If the district manager is reading this: take note â youâve got a rising star here. Her professionalism, demeanor, and sharp sense of service are the very definition of what it means to represent a brand with pride and care.
Bravo, Armani. Thank you for making this dasherâs night a little easier and a lot more pleasant.

Read moreI place two mobile orders through the website and proceeded to drive to the location to pick them up. I waited in the Drive-Thru line for 10 minutes before reaching the speaker. Once I was at the speaker I waited another 5 minutes before someone even spoke to me and when they spoke to me they said are you ready to order now I responded with I have been ready to order and I have to mobile pickups. Their customer service rap answered very quickly we don't have any orders and I said I had two confirmations and I can show them to you. She responded with let me tell you something baby and I got upset because there's no need to call me baby I'm not friends with her and she has been nothing but rude and she told me to Exit her line and I asked for the manager's name and she told me it was Chaka Khan. I'm not stupid and I'm not anything but a customer so I don't deserve to be spoken to that way. I've had nothing but problems at this location when I picked up my mobile orders times before and this just tops it off. I don't recommend going to this location at all they obviously don't care about their customers they obviously don't care about their jobs. I need somebody to contact me from Taco Bell or the location I'm speaking of ASAP because I never received my orders and I want a refund for those two orders because I did leave and go home after I was spoken to that way. I work in customer service and have her over 15 years on and off and this is appalling. Just because you think that you're working the late shift and that people are in line for something doesn't mean that you can treat them however you want. Plus she called it her line please exit my line is what she said. Pretty sure that Taco Bell owns the store and no one owns the line of...
Read moreI want to preface I love Taco Bell, and I order from various locations ALL the time. I went through the drive through at this location, and ordered a number 6 (two chicken chalupas) - no tomato, add nacho cheese. At first they didnât give me my receipt I had to ask for it - No problem everybody forgets things. Then I parked and went to eat my food. There are tomatoes, and there is no nacho cheese. Now, Iâm not a picky guy, so I would normally have just picked the tomatoes off and eaten it anyway, however I paid extra for the cheese, so I went inside and showed them my receipt (this is why I always make sure to have it), staff was friendly and immediately rushed to fix things, they offered to remake the food. I said sure! No problem! all is good. I said thank you, and just to be sure, I double checked before I left only to find that they once again had forgotten the nacho cheese. No problem everyone makes mistakes perhaps he didnât hear me very clearly, I am relatively shy, so I patiently waited until a different employee came to the counter, and I explained how they had remade my food once already and how it was still incorrect. To her credit, she immediately rushed to fix it. I even commend her for double checking TWICE with me that it was in fact no tomato, add nacho cheese. I said âThank you!â, and as she had double checked with me twice, I unfortunately made the mistake of trusting that it had been made correct this time. When I got back to my car and sat down, I found a chalupa with no tomatoes, add nacho cheese, but this time, made with beef instead of chicken. At this point I gave up and concluded the employees are...
