Yummy Villa — Restaurant in Auburn

This used to be my favorite. I was excited to see it open again.. BUT it took 30 minutes to get order. We got there around 730. The guy taking orders seemed to have been new and a bit unsure of himself. We placed an order for 3 waffle thai rolls, a regular thai roll, and mango bubble tea. We were informed that they did not have tapioca for the tea, so we substituted for mango Boba. Once the order was taken the guy making the rolls told the other guy not to take any orders with waffles because they were getting ready to close and didn't have any. We didn't know until we saw them making the waffles. The guy making our ice cream kept stopping to take orders, instead of saying "Hey, I'll be right with you. By the time he finished the last one, the others were melted. And the order was taken wrong because we didn't get a waffle with one of the ice creams. This was poor management. We didn't get an apology or even a good night. It was just like take your ice cream...

Online says they open at 12 so my family and I arrived a little after 12 to get boba tea. When we got there the sign on the door said they didn't open until 2pm so we decided to grab lunch and shop a little then come back. When we decided to come back at 2:45pm we were told if we wanted boba we would have to wait 30 to 35 minutes for it to be done. At this point we just gave up and probably...

Absolutely one of the best I've cream/dessert places. The prices are reasonable, the employees are helpful and polite, it is clean, and feels very safe. It's always great to walk on and see all the employees wearing masks and gloves and keeping the shop clean. I love the boba tea and ice cream, I highly recommend anything on the menu, you really can go wrong...
