If I could give a 0 star review I would. Not only did the woman behind the customer service counter very difficult to get a straight answer from, she lied to me which the manager on duty explained that "some people are scared to be honest and just say the truth" as to which I responded "kind of a bad idea to have someone who bold faces lies in the moment behind your customer service counter". Took my belongings and left. Story time: I was returning 2 shirts and a pair of shorts with the original tags that were literally bought the day before. I did NOT have a receipt, i cannot find it to save my life and let me tell you I wwwould LOVE to find it to return to the counter and RETURN them for a size smaller than purchased. Customer service worker said, this shirt return amount is $10.50 (price tag: $54.00) and these shorts will be $10.05 (price tag $48.00) and the other shirt she said, and I quote "somewhere between 10 and 11 dollars" Seriously? She asked If i could grab the other clothes I needed to buy and she'll start the process to which I replied "I kind of need to know the amount I'm working with to do that successfully." She turned three shades of red and called her manager over. To which the manager then said (implying her coworker) "some people" are just too scared to tell the truth. WOW. I'll Never go back. Of all the years and thousands of dollars spent, 54 dollar shirts, and I get treated like it's too much to be honest and say to a customer " We're sorry; our store policy is that we do not return items...
Read moreThursdays December 15, 2022 5:20 PM. I picked out several christmas ornaments that were beautiful and I felt lucky to find such an assortment. It probably took 30 minutes or more to make my selection. I am sure I had $200 or more worth of ornaments hanging on my fingers. After making my selection I looked for a cashier. I walked from one door to the next with all of these ornaments. Both hands, all 10 fingers holding these $22 ornaments marked down to $6.60. I wanted to make a huge impulse purchase. But there was only one cashier that I could identify. As I walked closer to her I heard her ask someone to wait while she did something, that she had to get out of there by 5:30. Clearly she didn't want to ring up all of my ornaments. So I continued searching for a cashier. I feel confident I could have walked out the door without paying. Because there was no one paying attention to customers. I went back to the area with christmas decorations, gently put down my ornament selection and walked to my car to write this review. I guess I will go to Walmart and check myself out...
Read moreUsed to love this store. Went in recently to actually shop in a store and not online. However, the dressing room in the section where I shop had a sign that said it was closed and to find an open dressing room. Didn’t even tell what sections had open dressing rooms. No employee in sight to ask where the nearest changing room was.
Needless to say, I put the clothes back bc the whole reason I went into the store was to be able to try stuff on.
Went to leave and the door I entered into was block led by carts. Went around them realizing they had locked those doors. This was at 4:30pm. They close at 8pm. So I had to walk across the store to another door and then walk around outside in the rain to my car.
You know, I won’t be surprised when this store goes out of business, which is so sad considering how more and more stores are going to be...
