Wish there was something lower than one star... This was supposed to be a girl's night out. We want to the J+J Nail Salon at Heritage's Mall came with a friend who lived close to them and wanted to try them out, Hands Down by far the worst nail salon I've ever been to. Couldn't pay me to go this salon again in my lifetime. They lie about using gel after I specifically said only liquid gel please. They refuse to talk very cold unfriendly team they have. They used powder acrylic but they certainly charged me like it was gel and still of course they were FAR more expensive than I've paid anywhere. they don't even use actual tips to start which we all know is very important and needed to attach to your natural nail, less than 24 hours they charge you to fix the fall offs they caused. Ive Never experienced anything like this. These people put paper under your natural nail and form a thick glob box nail nope not square Box.. J+J Nail Techs could only dream about being actual nail techs for real. I thought I was on a hidden tv joke show. They knowingly charged extra still lying saying that you got something you are positive you did not (Guess what we can read, Duh) Know the difference dinks! The nails were so thick and looked so horribly bad. So unnatural like I was used to After a week I went to my forever favorite Peacock nails Worcester Webster SQ area. After way over paying for the worst nail job I've ever had I'm now getting another full set of the beautiful very natural looking liquid gel tips. Owner (Cindy) who cares deeply and never wants anyone to leave unhappy sweetest woman ever and her employees are all so friendly to everyone they all greet you on arrival and everytime smiling. Gave my nail tech a $10 tip also got a fancy french tip and still paid less than these false crooks at J+J...

This little hometown bank in the Heritage mall is great. I've never waited in line at the drive thru, friendly and polite and pretty quick. The staff know how to treat their customers and know how to keep us loyal. I go to this location since I live in Worcester because the hometown bank on Millbury st in Worcester has a few rude tellers that don't deserve my business. Its much closer but ill make the trip to Heritage Mall location since all of the tellers are fabulous. This branch is a go to if your close and in a hurry and want a sincere Good morning, Good...

I only frequent one business in this strip. It is one of the only places around that carries a specific nicotine product my mother prefers. It is the liquor store located on the far right of the strip. I have to say the customer service I receive in this facility is ubove and beyond what I expect as a customer. Often times I receive a free lighter with my purchase! I can't say anything about the alcohol or other things being sold there as I just go directly to the checkout counter to make my purchase.
