Do not listen to any other reviews. This is the review you want. The store is set up nicely and it is easy to find the things I would want to look for. They sell a great assortment of games and the staff is somewhat respectable. The owner, however, as seen on a lot of reviews, is not respectable whatsoever. Many MANY things here are rip-offs. I have insider knowledge that they search other shops and buy items for a normal or respectably low price and upsell them to an abhorrent amount at their own store (so it's better to just buy elsewhere). I have also confronted them about games that were priced $30+ over the retail price. They told me that is the price they were selling at even though I could buy new physical OR new digital for a much cheaper price (this is a regular game we're talking about. Not a collectible game). This concerns me since an unsuspecting customer that has less game knowledge than myself might be ripped-off. Inconsistent pricing across the board which includes the games, collectables, and other knick-knacks. Only go here if you're wanting to look at a variety of stuff and are ready to look up prices of items while you look at them. Otherwise, it's a semi-shady game-related resell shop. I personally would never buy from here without looking at prices while I buy. EDIT: I know many stores resell. I'm not an idiot like you guys nor am I highly disrespectful. I say what is true and that's that. I'll buy from GameStop. I love Bull Moose. Both of these stores resell. I'm a semi-frequent customer at both. The problem is that you are buying and upselling the item to a disgusting degree that no other reasonable store would ever do. That is why I call it shady. Not to mention the other negative reviews and their gripes... Just go somewhere else and don't support this clown who thinks picking fights on Google reviews is...

There is one counterman I will not talk to again for purchases in the future, he has no sales etiquette when dealing with customers. I understand that the game I was trying to purchase was used, but when you say; We check the clock batteries/game condition when traded in, and you obviously did not (proven when tested at location) do not tell me that you can not give me a deal when it means the game is faulty/damaged. On another note, i understand that you offered to change the battery, but making a customer come back the next day for a repair that takes less than 10 minutes to do is also an inconvenience and in my opinion should also validate some sort of return to the customer. I have been to multiple shops that would do the repair on site without making you wait long. When someone can purchase the same product from another source for less than half the cost with all functions intact there has to be something a sales person can do to at least try to rectify the sale. LASTLY, never justify a price on a faulty item with a reason such as "I can repair it now and sell it for the same price to the next customer." That sir is what they call poor business practice and should land you on the out...

EDIT: I also want to add to this as well, they helped me get a Panasonic 3do Fz10 and a sega game gear. The game gear came with all new capacitors (which is highly important when buying one due to the age of the console and being one of the first back-lit handhelds) and a clean oem screen. Both I've had for a few years now and still running strong. . This is an excellent store that has helped me get hard to find consoles. I read the 1 star reviews and all of them seemed ridiculous because in any store you don't open a console and expect any sort of refund. That's their job. The broken bin is helpful for people who need parts for other systems or who want to fix them for fun. And they offer to fix consoles if you bring them back with problems. Also most video game stores don't give cash refunds, especially local shops. Gamestop probably only does because they receive so much faulty merchandise. And that's the other thing.
