I have ate at this location a lot. And I always order a burger and fries.. and it’s ALWAYS Russian Roulette when it comes to my preferred level of doneness. It’s pretty bad in all honesty; having to send the meal back because the meat isn’t cooked to my preferences, I’d really be okay if the cook wanted to make a slight cut in the meat to check their work.. just so I don’t get disappointed yet again. The chicken meal that was ordered by my party member was pretty pathetic as well. The taste was good but the cost compared to the size of the meal and appearance was, pretty pathetic. After popping the to-go cover off, It reminded me of a bag of chips, a whole lot of air at the top and not much of real substance of food at the bottom. The waitress was decent, not exactly friendly/happy; just bleh, kind of felt like “I’m here to get a paycheck, it’s whatever”. Atmosphere is good. Table was clean, not greasy. Only negative experience for the “Atmosphere” was the people behind us.. think “A kid kicking the back of your chair on an Airplane”. My party member doesn’t want to go back here for a while. The high cost compared to the portion size, plus the annoying back seat kicking.. yeah, not going back for a long time.

Went to get takeout cake for my autistic daughter's 24th birthday today. Waited 10 minutes in the takeout area, hoping to be verbally acknowledged by staff (that made actual eye contact) so we could order slices of chocolate stampede cake to go. After being told twice someone would be right with us, we were ignored for 10 full minutes while we watched 5 staff chit-chatting with each other. We ended up leaving but then my daughter really wanted the cake so we went back inside as dine-in just to have the cake my daughter specifically asked for as her birthday cake. She's been looking forward to having Longhorn Chocolate Stampede Cake for her birthday. If you know anything about autistic people- this is a big deal and there's no substitution going to suffice. Epic FAIL Longhorn. We usually come in 3-4 times a year, but we will likely NEVER RETURN. I have taken a picture of this cursed cake and I WILL learn to perfect a replica before next year.

Decided to treat myself to a late Lunch/early Dinner. Excellent meal yet again. Excellent service. Ordered French Onion Soup, 8 Oz. Sirloin, Brussel Sprouts, Salad with white balsamic vinaigrette and dessert: Chocolate Smash. Soup has a nice thick cheese crust, Sirloin juicy, grilled Sprouts finished with honey were terrific as usual. The Chocolate Smash: large sized darkest chocolate cake layer, topped with more thick chocolate sauce layer, followed by another smooth and luscious chocolate mousse layer topped with tiny chocolate stars and ice cream accompanied. Dessert I had packed to go: my weekend indulgence and totally worth it - keeps very well covered & inpm the fridge. EVERYTHING was great, glad I tried the sirloin. Josh, my wait person, couldn't have been nicer as was the young lady at the door station. Can't wait to return!!

The service was okay. Our waiter didn't clear our plates from our appetizers before bringing our main courses and left them on the table for our entire meal. The table was crowded because we had 8 people and everyone had salads and appetizers. Water finally came by the end of our main meals and the waiter brought just one loaf of bread for the 8 of us.

I ordered the Flo's Filet which has always been very tender but this time it was quite tough for a filet mignon! It also had fat around 90% of it. I'd never been given a filet with fat. To make matters worse for a nearly $30 steak the knife was very, very dull making it even more difficult to cut. I'd have asked for a different knife but everyone had the same problem. I order medium rare which usually makes an already tender cut even more so but not this time. If it had just been my boyfriend and myself I'd have complained but my MIL who is 86yrs old would have felt terrible I wasn't happy w/my meal. The broccoli was yellow and brown and I had to ask for more butter, cinnamon and brown sugar b/c my sweet potato came with hardly any at all.

Also, the margaritas were very weak! I get this is a chain but when folks are paying good money for their full meals they ought to make their adult beverages quite a bit stronger. I'd stick with their $6 Budweisers (jk, jk I don't know what their domestic beers actually cost. Lol).

Definitely won't be going back to chance another bad meal. This was the Auburn...

I enjoy going here as I have a few favorite items. But I have found there food varies alot from day to day. You can order the same meal on two different days and the consistantcy varies greatly. The majority of the time my steak is really tender and cooked to my order request. Then another day it's tough as heck and either under cooked or over cooked. My dad was a meat cutter, so I know you have to cut meat against the grain. Even with this knowledge my steak is sometimes tough here. I love their stuff mushrooms the majority of the time, but this visit they were less the flavorful. There was little cheese compared to all previous visits and they were dry. This is not the norm for there cheesy stuffed mushrooms. I dont know if it is the cook or the quality of the product. But for the slighly higher price range, I think one should be happy every visit. I noticed had I complained that day, I would have not been the only customer. Sadly I didnt have the energy to do so. Since the portions of their sides along with the hot fresh bread and butter along with athe good serving size, I got to eat enough to be satisfied. When the quality is there it's very good. When it is off, it's a big disappointment. I refuse to give up on LongHorns as I generally like the food flavor. The atmosphere is a nice mix of people from elderly, middle age and families too. So overall I was not happy nor totally disappointed on this visit. I would love to see consistency in the...

To whom it may concern. Bad experience , Requested a 2 Bacon cheese Burgers ,ordered Pink with Red in Middle , both were well done , overcooked ,skimpy on bacon , rolls dryed out.1 leaf of lettuce, side , parmesan fries , paid 1.00 extra, skimpy on parmesan. Fries bearly warm. When paying $11.99 for a Burger would have been nice if they could have cooked it to order. The manager came over to ask what she could do to make thinks better, offered to recook burgers, Waited a 1/2 hr. for food , plus didn't want to another 1/2 hr. ,she then offered us a free desert, don't eat deserts, then she offered to take off appetizer. Value of $ 5. 69 . She started walking away , As she was walking away she said something, nether my friend or I heard her. When waitress returned with Bill she explained what the manager was going to do about the mistake on our food being over cooked. I explained that I didn't feel it was an even exchange taking off a 5.00 item for 2- $12.00 meals. 24.00 in all I requested that they replace the burgers at another date. She refused to replace at another time. Major rip-off.. Should not had been a problem to replace the food that we were dissatisfied with on another date. We did not have time to wait for food to be replaced right then and there.. Waitress was Great , Drinks were Good , Bread , Appetizer, & Sauces were Awesome .. meal 40.00 meal, pulse a 9.00 tip. Respectfully...
