I came in here looking for gift items for friends and I picked up 2 of the same items both with a price sticker of $34.99. I went to check out and the sales lady told me it was actually going to be $65 for each item. When I asked her if it rang up for the price of $34.99 she said yes, but it shouldn’t have. That is almost double what they have listed on the item. I asked the lady if they can’t just sell me the items for what they have listed for and she said no and removed the price tag on the items. This is horrible customer service and a horrible way to do business. It’s not the customer’s fault you listed the items wrong and now want to increase the price at check out. Top notch customer service!! I had to call the store because I had accidentally picked in store pick up for my purchase. The person I talked to was kind and helpful. They were going to text me an invoice to pay for shipping, but they weren’t able to. They text me to let me know they would have to email it.
