The customer service here. Or lack thereof is horrible. There were at least 6 people working. I made eye contact with half of them and not one person said hello of asked if I needed any help. I did however notice they gave a ton of 'attention" to creepily and offensively hiding in a isle down from you spying on you. Probably to see if someone is stealing. Now it's been about a decade or more since I worked for Target's loss prevention team. But what I was taught is that the best way to deter customers from stealing was to annoyingly give them as much customer service as possible. Say hello ask if they need help, ect. Let them KNOW you are there and that you see them. Because, you can do absolutely nothing if you know they stole something. Then they walk out the door without the alarms going off. You can not stop them, you DEFINITELY can't touch them and then you couldn't verbally accuse them of stealing. Because well, what if you are wrong and thoroughly piss that customer off. All the while not one of your employees could even say "hi?" I'll stick with Joann...
