Wonderful service from Sheri and other employees at O'shays Flowers and Antiques. Nobody wants to place an order for their father's funeral service, but that's what I had to do. I placed my order online for an all-white casket spray with a special request to add a few colorful flowers to symbolize my brothers and I. To my surprise, I got a personal phone call from Shari with some great recommendations for accommodating my request. She was compassionate and offered great customer service. I knew as soon as I spoke with her that I would not need to worry anymore about the flowers for the service. The arrangement was delivered on time and it looked beautiful. She placed three lavender roses in the center to represent my dad's children. It was beautiful and the arrangement looked perfect over the two-day service and lasted long into the following week on display at my family's Air Bnb. I called this location a week before my first niece was to be born. I wanted to order a special bouquet for her birth. I talked to a wonderful woman who ensured that I would be able to obtain the arrangement if I gave her a few hours notice. She told me that she would put an order in for the flowers that I needed (which she told me would last for a few days, as the birth date is not definite). Today I reached out again to double check that I was still able to order this bouquet. Donna, the woman that I talked to, was horrible. Terrible customer service: she was rude, continued to talk over me, raised her voice at me, and was instigative and accusatory. She continued to aggressively deny that the service I requested was possible, after I talked to another individual that ensured that it was. I am thoroughly disappointed with your customer service, tact, employees, and commitment to customers. My family has always used your services, but I will NEVER...

My usually go-to for great gifts and home goods but today they really nailed it! Had to go out of town on my daughters birthday. I called to see if they could put some flowers together and deliver same day. As usual, they were up for the challenge…But then I really threw them a curve. My daughter loves pigs. I’ve been to their store 100 times and have never seen any kids stuffed animals…especially pigs. Few hours later I got a picture of my 7 year with an amazing bouquet…WITH a stuffed pig! If it was in the shop, so awesome that they found one…if they made a special stop for it on the way, even more awesome.
