This place sold me counterfeit products that put my lungs in such horrible shape. It hospitalized me for a week. I still have trouble breathing and when I contacted the real manufacturer of the product they said they were for sure counterfeit and they are trying to get them out of the market, do not buy anything that says death Row cannabis from them. I went in to try to get a refund and the guy looked straight at me and used vulgarity and I decided to walk out of the store and team up with death row cannabis and we are now starting a lawsuit against this company for distributing counterfeit products that are actually soap. I spent the money to have it tested and it is goats milk soap. All I wanted was a refund and the product taken off the shelves, instead I got vulgarity so I might give them one last chance to give me a refund because I still have all of the product that way it can be taken to court in the lab test can be shown and then it can be retested at Court. Sorry guys you lost my $200 of business a month. Have fun smoking oh no, I mean, bath soap! Places like this are the exact thing that is going to ruin...

I was sold a vape pen from the display so that I could get the color I wanted (Thank you kind Woman) but once I got home, the button fell off. Oh well, that’s an honest mistake. I went back the next day and the same woman was working. I explained what happened and she took a look and quickly and without question replaced my pen. I get home, everything works fine, I go to charge said new pen, and voila, it won’t charge, the charge port is pushed up a bit and the charging light won’t charge. I felt bad about returning but I was impressed with the customer service. I went back, a man was working, I explained what happened and that I’d been here two days prior with similar issues. He told me the pen wasn’t working and it was my fault and there was nothing he could do. I asked for a replacement and he denied me and kept telling me it was my fault the pen was not working. He was short and rather rude with me and I won’t be purchasing anything...

This is the first CBD shop I’ve ever been to and the workers weren’t really cool to talk to. There’s usually a little small talk or they’ll tell you about what products are most popular, but this is my second time going to this shop and not really wanting to spend money with them because the customer service just sucks.
