I had a very good experience shopping here. All the staff were extremely friendly. Went in the dressing room a multitude of times to try things on and they were never bothered. They do online price matching and were super kind about it (which was super nice as lots of stores get very annoyed about it). The clothes were all very nice and high quality. I have always found their clothes to be super soft. I was able to leave my stuff on hold and was able to come back and pick it up later without having to worry about what I wanted selling out. My only con is at the entrance to the store there is a HUGE metal sign that hangs wicked low from the ceiling and it's in-between 2 of the clothes displays. As I was walking around looking at the clothes I smashed my head into the sign. Later I watched someone else almost run into as well. It's a huge...

As my fiancé shopped in your store after A very long shift at a local retailer she decided to enter your store. As she shopped she was talked about by a nearby manager and associate who were behind the register thinking they were out of ear shot. My fiancé after finding merchandise to purchase, at that point decided not to make a purchase at AE . As you can imagine feeling angry and hurt she left the store . I am disappointed and angry and will unfortunately never shop at AE again. I hope as I reach out to corporate they will ensure better training for their associates...

I needed to come in and exchange some pants and Stacy was absolutely amazing to work with. I called ahead and let her know which item I was looking for and when I arrived she had pulled what was on the rack and even found others in the back. She was extremely patient and professional as I worked to identify which pants would ultimately be chosen. The customer service alone is worth the trip...
