The store has a good selection. But I wouldn't ever go back to the pharmacy, there's a pharmacist white coat not blue coat who's tall and has a shaved head. The doctor gave me a prescription and he wouldn't fill it saying it was wrong. He wouldn't call the doctors office he said he's the pharmacist and nobody will change his mind. I checked back with the doctors office and multiple people looked it over and confirmed the doctor was right. This pharmacist is VERY Arrogant and thinks he can not make a mistake. This is the type of man who will get someone sick with an attitude of he can do no wrong. There's a fairly large hospital just down the street from this pharmacy and there's been more people than me complaining about just this one pharmacist . The word is getting around to not use this Walmart pharmacy. If they lose 100 patient a day who shop while waiting for a prescription . Walmart looses the price of the prescription and a average of $40 shopping. All because this pharmacist is so arrogant he couldn't even call the doctor to find out how she determined her dosage and how he got his. He told me to just go to another pharmacy!!. After I checked with the doctor, pharmacist from 2 other Walmart and a rite aid. He was wrong on how he calculated his dosage. I'll tell my story of what I went through to anyone even thinking about going to the Augusta Wal-Mart this man thinks he's above being wrong. But let me also say the female pharmacist with black hair that also works there is top notch. She came out with the same dosage as the doctor and all the other pharmacist from different pharmacy'S. She was the first pharmacist I talked to the first time I used Walmart...
Read moreDecent selection of shops and restaurants, everything from big box stores like Walmart, Home Depot and Kohl’s to more focused shops like Yankee Candle or Gamestop. Food options range from Subway and Panera to Olive Garden and Red Robin. The traffic patterns are a bit strange and some of the turns are very difficult to see around, so make sure to stay alert while driving around here. There are a fair number of sidewalks and crosswalks, so there is an option to park in a larger parking lot like in front of Walmart or Kohl’s and walk around for your shopping. Probably not the place to spend a day on a shopping trip, but definitely a good spot for most of your daily needs within a...
Read moreThis shopping area continues to grow and add new shops. There is still plenty of room for quite a few more shops and I certainly hope they continue to grow. It has the most shops of any other shopping areas in the Augusta-Waterville areas, even the Auburn Mall cannot compete. TJMaxx, which moved from the Turnpike Mall in Augusta, and Five Below, were the most recent additions to the Marketplace. You would have to travel to South Portland to visit another Five Below. There is also an indoor laser tag facility over by Regal Cinemas, which opened, I believe, last summer and a Hibachi restaurant, called Kume. If you're looking for a shopping fix in Central Maine, this...
