Update 09/15/25: Food good as always! Update 07/21/24: Restaurant was busy as usual but wait time wasn't too bad. Lucy had us wait 'til a table was ready and she has very good customer service. She told us her favorite food on the menu and recommended a few items. Very kind and genuine and was a pleasure chatting with her. There is always plenty of parking here, big parking lot. Wheelchair assessible. They accept debit/credit and cash. Restaurant was clean along with the bathroom. Paisley was our waitress and she was very professional and attentive. My soda cup was never empty. She kept making sure we were all set. They have a lot to choose from on the menu, desserts here are the best especially the mousse slice cake and the chocolate lasagna. My husband had the tour of Italy, he subsitited the chicken parmesan for more lasagna. I had zuppa for soup and lasagna classico for dinner. Very big portions and you leave full. I've never had a bad experience at olive garden. Good food and so far good customer service! Olive Garden is always yummy if you like good pasta. I don't have much negative to say for today's lunch other than the bathroom floor had tons of trash/liter on it, someone needs to sweep. However, the quality of food was spot on, when we arrived they opened the door for us, our waitress Jessica who has been with the company 20 years was knowledgeable on all the food choices and gave me a tip on putting tabasco sauce on my zuppa soup, which added a delicious kick. Jessica was attentive and service was quick. She had quite a few tables but still actively checked on us. I had the chicken tortellini alfredo pasta with extra cheese. Very good! My husband had regular spaghetti and meatballs that he enjoyed. I had zuppa soup which is the only soup I have when I'm there with cheese on top, my husband had the salad and breadsticks. Prices are expensive but it's expensive at all olive gardens locations but you do get unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks so gotta pick your battles. Overall, 4 stars only because of the bathroom. Thank you for the great experience! ❤️

My friend and I stopped at Olive Garden during our drive from Maine to New York, eager to have a nice meal after being tired of fast food options. Given Olive Garden’s reputation and numerous locations, we expected a better experience, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. Upon arrival, we were seated at a table directly beneath an air conditioning vent on a chilly evening. It made the atmosphere uncomfortable, and despite requesting a change, we were moved to a similar spot, which was disappointing, especially since the restaurant was nearly empty around 10 PM. Due to our hunger, we skipped appetizers and went straight to the main course. I ordered the Grilled Chicken margarita, and my friend had the Seafood Alfredo. Unfortunately, the Margherita dish was overly heavy on cheese, which completely overpowered the flavor of the grilled chicken. Had I known beforehand, I would have asked for less cheese. The broccoli was the only redeeming part of the dish. The Alfredo was somewhat better, and I found a couple of bites enjoyable from my friend’s plate, but overall, the food was a letdown. Overall, it was not a pleasant visit, and I felt disappointed. I doubt I’ll return to this location. This visit didn’t live up to the expectations we had from such a well-known chain.

Waitress was very nice. Salad/Breadsticks were great. Chicken Parmesan was a small perfectly round fried patty with a spoonful of paste on it, the bits of cheese were barely melted. The sauce on the small amount of pasta was full of a pepper taste only, that’s it. A small amount, so that when you mixed it, it looked like there was nothing there. There was nothing to like about it, horrible taste, I even had the person with me try the chicken & they looked at and tasted it, said it was awful. As you can see, I left the food there. It’s not the waitress’s fault, she was sweet & got a nice tip.

Tried this restaurant again today, as it had been a few years. And our last experience was below average with the ToGo service.

Our waitress Madison P, was incredibly rude and had attitude through out our interactions with her. We ordered 2 entree's and initially said we did not want salad for one of them. She did not offer soup instead (we weren't sure if it was still an option). When she gave us the salad (which was enough for one), we informed her that we changed our mind and would like salad with the second meal. She said okay and walked away. When she came back to ask if everything was okay, we advised we were still waiting for salad. She rudely pointed at the empty bowl, and said that was enough for two. I asked if it was still endless salad, and she said yes. And I said well could we please have more. She walked away annoyed and when she came back pretty much just dropped the bowl on the table and said here's your salad. I do want to know that the second bowl had significantly way more salad than the first bowl. She didn't offer any cheese, and just walked away.

I could not believe someone would act like that especially in this type of service industry. I know there's a lot of new employees out there and new younger staff. But that was very unsettling. I actually lost my appetite after that.

We would listen to her interactions with other people around us at their tables and she was so different. But when she came back to us with the meals she was like almost sarcastic with the way she was talking. It was quite disturbing.

Both of us would not even eat our meals. When she finally came back after quite a bit of time, we asked for a box for our leftovers. Both of our plates were quite full, so when she came back with these very small containers, we both looked at each other and instantly said could we possibly have bigger containers. She again had attitude and said absolutely, and through the two mints on the table as she walked away. When she came back, she brought maybe 2 containers that were possibly a 1/4 of a size bigger. We didn't even want to talk to her again so we just said thank you. And crammed our food into the containers the best we could wiping up the excess food that was coming out the sides.

I am so upset about this experience. I am still amazed at how someone can act like that to a customer. I still gave her a very good tip. But she did not deserve it. I wanted to talk to the manager so bad but felt so uncomfortable even being there still.

Also after paying, I went to do the survey on the kiosk but it ended up clearing out before I could put in the information reference the service.

I'm sorry to say this, but I will NEVER dine at this Olive Garden again. Most uncomfortable experience I've ever...

I used to LOVE going to Olive Garden, but after my last visit it may be the last. We had a server who was initially polite, but was certainly not taking her time bothering to listen to my daughter or myself. She had served our food which went fine at the start. I was having the soup and salad and had told my waitress that I did not care for the soup as it had a very strong celery taste she stated that was too bad and proceeded to walk away without offering another soup as a replacement. My daughter had gotten a steak meal and had only eaten the steak at the time but wanted desert and planned on taking the rest with her. The waitress asked if we wanted desert as we were just chatting and I was waiting an opportunity to still get another soup. After my daughter stated she wanted desert the waitress grabbed our plates rather quickly and stacked them all together making the food trash. When she went to throw away more things; she would grab plates as she was asking not giving any time to stop the process; and I was able to halt her stating not to throw it away and that we had wanted the other food she tossed. The waitress then told me it was my fault for not telling her and I asked how i could when she grabbed it so fast. My daughter had asked for a refill on her drink at this time. The waitress never came back and I needed to get another waitress attention; 20 minutes later. The waitress and another waitress noticed my daughter and myself doing the review and stated within hearing distance how it "was sad only people leave negative reviews". I am currently tring to reach a general manager and was able to wait 10 minutes AND write this review. I have been on hold for 21 minutes as we speak with no one checking on...
