Update: 07/07/24. My husband got swiss (swapped the swiss for american), mushroom burger with fries today. He was very pleased. He loves the burgers here and says it's the best in town. I ordered the beer sampler. Not a fan but each person is different, someone else may like the flavors that I didn't. Was fun to try at least. If I had to pick my favorite I would have to say I liked the sour raspberry the best out of my choices. Service was quick and place was clean.

We initially were hesitant on going there because my husband thought the pizza ideas they have are odd. Mashed potato pizza? My husband wasn't all for that but I thought weird concoctions could be a great experience. I dragged him into going. We both absolutely loved it. I didn't have the mashed potato pizza this time but I will next time. I got a regular slice of pizza and the dough was amazing. I usually never eat the crust but this place has the best thin crust dough I've ever had. I also had the beef bowl and that was definitely delicious and very filling, I had them add extra spice, soooo good. My husband had a burger with fries and he said that burger would even beat Gordon Ramseys Burger we had tried in Boston, so that's saying a lot. I'm unsure if they just had a really good cook on shift that day or if that's how it always is there but my husband was very pleased with his lunch.

Place has a casual, chill vibe to it. It's cafeteria style where you put away your dishes in a bucket, and tipping is optional when you pay, if you decide to tip you just put it into a jar up at the register. They have old black and white photos around the building and near the bathroom there's a complete wall of an old black and white photo all across the wall, pretty cool. Nice decor. The bathroom was clean, no dirty floor or trash and sinks were clean. The cashier was pleasant. They accept debit/credit and cash. Plenty of tables inside and they have seating outside. They brew their own beer and the name of the company is on all the beer cans, they also have merchandise for sale. Hats, shirts, cups. There is plenty of parking, that will never be an issue, big area. Prices are reasonable, an average price just like any other restaurant. I noticed a nearby table had cute little shot sized glasses for beer tasting, four or five different kinds of beers, very interesting idea and I may try that next time. I have heard mixed reviews about this place but our first time there was awesome and I totally recommend it to...

It was a cold Thursday night a week or a bit ago I was having a pretty bad day, my cat died hamster hung itself in its cage and my dog ran away. After looking for them for a while I needed sustenance. I came into brickyard hollow apprehensive sad and not feeling like going on and was hoping for one final meal. The line had a few people almost gave up. I flagged one of the kitchen workers asking how long it would be and the goddess herself replied it won’t be long we get everyone out quick like a bunny. Now this person had a name I shan’t forget Sarah. Her words were like honey to the ears breaking the thoughts that lead nowhere good. She recommended to me the fruits of the gods themselves your butcher block pizza. The wait was short I got my delectable dish in 20 minutes. It has a flavor profile only archimedes could describe. This pizza and your employee Sarah saved my life. Great establishment and great...

The pretzels with beer cheese is the epitome of perfect snacking. Soft and warm, and the seasoning they use is so salty and savory. It took 3 bites before the beer cheese was even touched, but that didn't disappoint either!! We got the cup& char pepperoni with hot honey, which was the better of the two pizzas. That was a split opinion, as we also got the pulled pork, apple, and red onion pizza, which sounds unusual... IT'S NOT. The flavors are perfect together. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is because of the price. Two pizzas and a pretzel appetizer was $80! We didn't get any drinks or desserts, and the hot honey was the only "extra" pizza topping. I don't mean to sound cheap, because their ingredients and preparation were PERFECT. Just a little startling to see that. We will definitely try more...

Counter service only at this location. We had the power bowls which are pretty good, but the salmon one comes cold and that was not what I was expecting! Food was good, but you order at the counter and sit down to eat then clean up after. Pricey compared to some other restaurants. The Skowhegan location was full service. Guess I should have researched that ahead of time that Augusta was counter service only. Does anyone else hate it when you are ordering for take out or just being handed your food at the counter and you are still prodded for a tip at the register? We have taken it too far.

With the crapped haphazard seating and chairs constantly scraping the floor, can be a bit over stimulating. Then the cook staff that looked like a bunch of twenty nothings with hangovers paying off Saturday night's beer tab...and when my wife asked for chicken tenders ( she wanted them for her salad) the 'dude' at the register said it was a kid meal. Anyway...was expensive AND asked for a tip in advance, not a fan
