This is a high end restaurant chain but for the portion sizes it's worth the price. I'm basing this review off tonight's service. There is good and bad in any review a person makes, this place is no exception. There's plenty of parking, it's wheelchair accessible, kids will like this because there is even a kids menu. The menu depending on what you get is expensive but your portion sizes are worth it. They give you unlimited bread and butter at the start of your dinner. The bread is awesome, but you have to ask for extra butter because they don't give a lot. The decor is lively and the booths are absolutely beautiful, it reminds me of five star restaurants who like appearance, the silverware is even shiny and sophisticated. They take a lot of pride in presentation. They have two tvs in the bar. Plenty of booths, tables and space in the restaurant as well as plenty of space in the bar. They accept debit/credit and cash. I had a beer, side salad, side of rice, mashed potatoes and chop steak smothered in mushroom, onion and gravy. However my chop steak was red even though we asked for it to be well, the cook still cooked it medium-medium well. The situation was taken care of but yuck. After they cooked it again, it was absolutely delicious. My husband had a full rack of ribs, loaded baked potato and a side of fries. He generally dosent like baked potatoes but he really enjoyed this one. The ribs were awesome and very meaty. We didnt order dessert but the choices looked pretty yummy. Our waitress was Shyann. She was a pleasure. She was very attentive, professional, was quick to have the steak re-cooked, and our soda was never empty. Dirty dishes never sat there for long. She was good with detail, memory and had a good attitude. I hope whoever reads this let's her know she did a great job. Overall, 4 stars! <3

Kudos to the staff at Long Horn. We went there on a Saturday night for dinner. We used the app when we left so we would be on the list (best thing ever). We waited maybe 10 minutes once we arrived. I thought we were going to have a server with a poor attitude when we sat. He walked by and tossed some coasters on the table and kept on going. I was so very wrong, this server was outstanding. We could tell they were short staffed, management scattered open tables to make it look like the restaurant was full. Our server took our drink order and I forgot to order water with my beer, as I typically do that. He must have been a mind reader because he brought one anyway. We ordered our apps and meal at the same time. We usually don't like to do that because of timing, but they were busy so we did it anyway. Again this server came through, the apps were delivered really quickly and then when we were done those the meals came out. The food was hot, and cooked to perfection. For a chain restaurant this place performed like there were a local restaurant trying to impress and they did. Our servers name is Eric and I would wait 2 hours to be sat in his section, he has that good. Well done Long Horn management, kitchen staff and wait staff. ***Update 6/3*** Once again the service was outstanding. This time it was Megan (apologies if I spelled it wrong) and she was very attentive. The food was just as expected at a chain, flavorful and cooked very well. The apps were a little salty this time, which is unusual. There was one issue, this statue was looming over my wife judging her during the entire meal. I had to post the pic cause we thought it was poorly placed, fortunately it did not affect the food or service.

My wife and I were rather hungry but we couldn't find a non-chain restaurant via Google Maps in the area that we were comfortable with based on reviews. Thus, we decided on dinner at Longhorn Steakhouse. Truthfully, Longhorn Steakhouse is our "Go To" when we can't find something different that we are comfortable with. Most importantly, Longhorn Steakhouse has never disappointed us. We were greeted and quickly seated by a very friendly and welcoming Host, Abrianna who had a big and genuine smile. Our Server was Mylinh and Melissa assisted her. Both Mylinh and Melissa were simply awesome and they make a great team! Truthfully, all of the staff at this location were friendly, welcoming, and very pleasant. For an appetizer we had the Steakhouse Wings and Bread with Butter. For dinner, we both had the Renegade Sirloin Steak medium temperature. My wife had Broccoli and a Caesar Salad and I had a Sweet Potato and a Caesar Salad. All of our food was cooked to perfection and it was simple, delicious, and just the right portion. For a beverage, we had water with no ice and a 20 oz Samuel Adams Winter Seasonal Draft Beer. Honestly, Mylinh and Melissa made for an awesome experience and they both posse an amazing customer service and hospitality skill set which is a rarity in today's world. We would definitely return to this location when we are in the area!

Went to dinner with my family. Ordered a bunch of food. The apps were good. Meals came out and that's when the fun began.Ordered a medium Longhorn(tbone). It came out rare. 10+ minutes later I had to flag down my waitress because she wouldn't come to the table. I tell her the steaks raw and I will just skip the meal, as everyone else was almost done eating. She insists they could make me a new steak In a short period of time. I agreed. She comes back another ten or more min later with a very well done, charred steak. It wasn't a new steak, but the same one just fried to a crisp. Certainly not medium. I was very patient in the beginning but this was now very frustrating! Now I've waited yet again and it's still wrong. She AGAIN offers to cook a NEW STEAK. (which she'd already done BUT BROUGHT ME THE SAME ONE VERY WELL DONE). I said no thank you, again. Now my family is done eating and we are not waiting yet again. Then I ask for the check and she asked if I wanted her manager. I said no. She comes back another ten min later and says we will not charge you for the meal. It irritated me that she said that because they are acting like they are doing me a favor. So you won't charge me for a meal you ruined 2x? That I didn't get to enjoy with my family? That's so thoughtful! She made sure to charge me for my tea that was also wrong though! I asked for sweet tea and got tea. I again asked to just pay and she asked if I wanted the manager. I say no. Your manager thinks it's fair to not charge me so i have nothing to say. She goes to get the manager. More time passes. I send my family out to the car. Finally they come back and tell me they can use my gift card and can't find my credit card. This dragged out for more and more time. It was the most ridiculous experience I've ever had at a restaurant!! People just do not care anymore! It's disgusting! People pay a lot of money to enjoy a nice meal and these issues are just getting worse. I've never reviewed anything but enough is enough! If you complain, you're the issue. It is so wrong! My waitress was sweet and I feel bad for her. She even confirmed she wrote down medium on the slip. Clearly the chef and manager are the issue. Crystal (the manager) was less than kind or considerate. Also is it even sanitary to put a steak that was touched by a customer on the grill with everyone else's food. I didn't eat a single bite of the steak, but I did cut into the steak with my used fork and knife. That is gross! The atmosphere was OK. There was a table of drunk guys beside us. They broke glasses and were a bit loud. That is not the restaurants fault though. People need to value their work and if you're in customer service, you should be good at customer service!! Goodluck folks. It used to be our favorite restaurant!! So...

My mother and I went planned to go out to lunch here. We were planning to enjoy our weekly mother n daughter day. My mom is 86 yrs old. It was a very cold windy day but mom wanted to go for a ride to Augusta and have some steak tips. After arriving we walked across the large parking lot to the restaurant. We were told it would be 20 minutes before any tables would be available. Mom had her heart set on having steak tips for lunch, so we decided to wait. We were asked our phone number and told we would have to wait in the car. Again across the parking lot with my elderly mom. But here is the kicker...We no longer got back in the Jeep and my phone goes off saying our table was ready. It was only 3 to 5 minutes top! Across the windy, cold, icy parking lot we go again. Then the same young girl walks my mom to a high table in the bar area that had super high chairs. My 86 yr old mom is lucky if she stands 5 feet with her heel on. Luckily a young couple seen the situation unfold and felt bad for my mom. They offered us their booth and they sat at the high bar table. Why have a hostess sitting people, if she isn't going to pay attention to the people standing before her!? My 86 yr old, 5 foot, petite mom would need a small ladder just to climb up on those high bar chairs. Geez... Nevermind she had to make three trips across the parking lot in less than 5 minutes, just to get offered that seat. Happily we got a great waitress and the steak tips were cooked to perfection. Our faith in this restaurant was restored. Our first impression was very disappointing. My mom was upset. Plus she had to make three trips across an icy, windy, cold parking lot all over a 3 to 5 minute wait. This whole situation could have been avoid, had this young lady fully understood what she was asking of this elderly person. I don't think she understood her position. In less than five minutes this young hostess turned a positive outing for us into a negative disappointing situation. We almost walked out with the idea of never returning to this establishment. Someone should teach her... You don't get a second change to make a first impression! My four star rating is because our waitress and cook done an outstanding job. They made up for the young hostess, who made several poor...
