My experiences with this particular store have been subpar at best. Customer service associates are consistently uninterested in what the consumer is doing/if they are ready to check out. Last evening, my nephew waited for 15 minutes while 1 associates at the counter did not even make eye contact with him, the other associate was attempting to help a customer. Upon being helped, my nephew was told he needed an ID for his purchase. I brought in 2 forms of government ID, one was a photo id (drivers which exp 1 month ago) the other a paper license certifying that i had indeed applied for a new license. The two associates looked back and forth to each other, one sheepishly told me he couldn't accept it.... I explained the situation and jokingly pointed out, that's clearly me, DOB matches on current paper license and expired photo... They exchanged looks again, looking really puzzled and just kind of said no. Wow. So 25 minutes for....... Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came in today and bought a PlayStation camera. Out of all the packages only 1 had a stand included in the package. The stand very clearly doesnāt belong to this camera. I bought the round version that requires the āclip onā mount and it came with a square mount for the other version of camera. I set up an account to also pay for insurance on the device. When I called I was told there was no account on file and that there wasnāt a manager that could help me. I was just told to just come in and see what they can do. The drive is over an hour from me and Iād rather not drive that far AGAIN to either get a refund or just be told thereās nothing they can do.
