I have been a repeat customer for over 2 years. Went there as a walk in and wrote my name on their list to wait for next availability for Felicia, Audra, or Kristen. Waited for more than an hour. As the time passed Felicia, Audra, and Kristen took other customers after me. What? This has not happened to me before. I asked Audra and she told me that the next customer had an appointment with her and that she never takes walk ins. This is simply not true because several months before she took me as a walk in and cut my hair without an appointment. I was disappointed after waiting so long so I left. Writing your name on their walk in list does not seem to matter anymore. Seems this place has become selective as to whom they like to take in as a customer. I guess they have enough customers so they don't care for me being a long term customer. Also this place has raised its prices to almost $30 for a haircut. Is it worth waiting while being ignored for almost $30? I will...

I've been a long time customer. Firstly, I've always been satisified with the value and service for myself and my boys. The ladies are great and the space is comfortable. I saw some reviews where folks are upset about wait times and the walk-in list. When I started coming here, Walk-Ins were fine, no appointment was necessary. Audra has become so much in demand that she now only takes appointments and she stays booked! Scheduling for more than a week out is not uncommon. If you go and sign in as a walk-in, I think it would be good for the stylists to let you know who is taking walk-ins and who isn't so that it doesn't look like they're ignoring you or taking someone who came in after you go ahead of you.
