There's a reason the ask you to not use cell phones....so you can't look at there merchandise online!! Bought a vaporizer from them and they claimed the product had a manufacturer warranty. I tried to look up the website in store when I was quickly told NO CELL PHONES. After being promised the item had warranty I bought it. Less than a week later it breaks and I try to find out about the warranty and went to the website that came with the product only to find out there is no website. I visited the store yesterday and had read all reviews prior to visiting. I must say that our visit (wife went with me) could not have been more pleasant. What I read as generally negative comments are people attempting to return items and being unsuccessful. To those individuals I state "get a life (or brain)". If you simply use common sense (becoming more difficult to locate "Common Sense" it appears) you would understand that certain items just simply are purchased and by their nature CANNOT be returned. Really beautiful store! I was greeted by the owner as soon as I walked in and she made me feel right at home. I had been shopping around to find a cheap vape pen but didn't know much about them and wasn't having good luck buying from other shops. The owner was more than happy to explain exactly how they work and what liquids would be perfect for me. Browsed through some more, and found a few gemstones that I couldn't pass up.
