Little Caesars — Restaurant in Augusta

Update: I just spent 7 weeks inn the hospital and onn12/14/20 I was discharged and this is first place i came to get a meal other hospital food this store is best little Caesars store any where near augusta Ga. Ok if you have read any of my other post you know I try to be thorough and fair. We live in a negative world where people are quick to complain and say negative things. I will certainly bring the attention to management if I have bad experience but this is a positive post. I ordered 2 pizza's today a 5 meat treat and extramost pepperoni. A couple of weeks ago I ordered same thing. Both times I was impressed with the customer service. The store manager Simmel an assistant manager Chris and the cashier Jason were great. I was surprised that when I ordered the 5 meat I asked them to hold the bacon and ham because I don't like that type meat and much to my surprise Chris the assistant put extra sausage and ground beef on my pizza to make up for the other 2 meats I guess. Chris was also delegating task to associates by pointing out things that could be cleaned like the window seals thevent of the soda machine and other things that most people over look. I believe that Simmel has chosen top notch assistant on Chris and their commitment to customer service is obvious by the way the store is run. I will be spendong my money at this store. There are other little ceasars but to me the customer service at this store is worth driving from Evans to this store. Kudos to Simmel and Chris and to the person who hired them you made good choice I use to eat pizza from Dominos right up the street but now I eat little ceasars...

I've always gone to this particular Cesaers, due to fast assistance. The last time I went and final time was last Thursday. I ordered cheesy bread. The Manager directed the cashier to go get a pan out the sink, that he had just put in the sink! I watched in disgust as the cashier walked to the sink took a rag or cloth swiped away crumbs and proceeded to grab materials to prep my meal request. I plenty said, " No, you arent, will not prepare my meal on a pan you grab from the sink and then you didn't consider washing your hands, that's nasty ,cross contamination." Before I kept speaking another worker who agreed with my disgust was cooking at the time and poliently apologized and agreed to prepare the meal. She washed her hands, took out a clean pan and re- washed it to appease me and then prepared the meal. The Manager thought nothing was wrong with reusing a pan and didn't wash his hands. His workers need to teach him a thing or two. I just can't believe how sordid the Manager was, just imagine the number of people they've done that to without their knowing. This is exactly why I stand and watch as someone prepared what I have to consume. Also, this business to connected to a run down gas station, where at times I was timid to walk to the Little Caesars due to beggers approaching you asking for money, men trying to ask you out in such a uncomfortable way, and it's more like a ghetto area there's...

This is not only my first rating on any place of customer service but also the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten! I understand wait time but it’s ridiculous when you are watching the staff play around complain talking about who called out at 2! Like ok I get it’s frustrating but there’s nothing you can do about it but try harder on satisfying customers and without a stank attitude! I was going to cancel my order but because of ordering it online I’d have to call a number and go through a lot more than I should have to while being frustrated. Plus then have to wait on the refund. Also braids going in boxes with and without food. Serving customers first of their choice. Like I know how it is in a restaurant or any customer service area! I myself have done it mainly in food service for 10 years! This is just ridiculous and very wrong. These employees carry the Company’s name very horribly! Idk even what else to say it’s so much in just the 1hr and...
