We went to get a frame wired and the framer just left for lunch so we talked to an associate. She recommended that our frame would not hold the wire and she could possibly crack the wood frame. So we opted for a brand new frame, that was 50% off, but the associate would not frame it herself yet had said it would take 5 minutes and that she could do it. Which was rather confusing to us. So we were told to come back in half an hour till the framer came back. After a half hour we went back and the framer had installed the wire without adding any screws which took 3 minutes to do. Overall, we were happy with the product but we're unsatisfied with how long we had to wait if the task would only take less than 5 minutes. It felt like we spent more time explaining to the associate than time getting the task done. My wife called Michaels, and after keeping her on hold for about 5 minutes, they got back to her apologizing since their system was acting wonky. They promised that they would have our order done by the time I would get there.
