Walgreens — Local services in Aurora Township

Very bad customer service and poor management:

I ordered 3 wood plank pictures for my daughter’s graduation. I went at the scheduled pick up. When I arrived I waited for while for someone to help me. When the young lady finally showed she was very nice. I gave her my first and last name. She told me that she couldn’t find my order. The entire back of photo area was a disaster. Poor employee was picking up all kinds of items trying to find. They had no system for online pick up orders. Since she couldn’t find, she called her supervisor to help her. I waited a little while longer for her to come up. She came up and had a similar experience. She could not find my order either. She again asked me the exact same details the first employee asked me. She finally looked it up in the system and proceeded to tell me that it was not done yet. She stated she has been busy and did not print it. I told her that the pick up time was 20 minutes ago. She said yes but she has been busy and they are understaffed. She then told me if I wanted them I would have to wait. I told her I had an appointment and couldn’t wait. I asked if there was anything she could do for me since I had to make another trip later. She told me no, you have to wait. I again explained I couldn’t. She was very unpleasant and condescending. She told me if I want them I had to wait. I asked her if she had a manager I could speak with and she told me she was the store manager. Based off the way she was talking to me, I could clearly tell she was not. I asked her for the store managers contact info so I could just follow up with that person….she again said she was the store manager. I asked her for the district manager or customer service, she said sure and walked away. She proceeded to never come back. On my way out I asked the cashier who their manager was and they told me it was a gentleman by the name Matt. I then asked them who the person back there before was, they informed me it was Alyea. I asked the front end team when Matt worked next and they proceeded to tell me that he ever works weekends so maybe next week. As i made it to my appointment I got a cancelation email telling me my order was canceled. Needless to say I had a horrible experience and I won’t be going back. I’ll just drive a little...

After waiting for the pharmacy in the phone, the lady attending me asks me x times for my information.She says it's no longer refillable for x reason.Fustrated, I ask how I go about getting the perscription. Do they not contact the Drs anymore?

Hanna rudely tells me I need to calm down.She offers only a repetition of what she already said in a slow patronizing manner. When she finally gets to the part of mentioning Dr. I tell her what she said was unnecessary.(pointless,time consuming,useless information.)She refuses getting a supervisor. Most of the staff here are pretty good. Photo can be hard to reach, and staff talk among themselves and if not too busy they do chat with customers which brings a friendly ambiance, and community experience and charm.

I give it a 1 rating because you can call in an order and wait forever, you can do a walk in through pharmacy but I've had them tell me I have to come back. Perscriptions can be a nightmare.I've had them tell me my medicine isn't covered by...
