Every time i go shopping here i go in with the mindset that is going to be busy, most days there's long lines due to having lots of customers shopping at the same time and all register lanes are busy so i understand having to wait. i gave them 2 stars because this is the third time i go in 1hr before closing time and the line is extreme, not because there's a lot of customers and all the registers are overwhelmed but because they only have one register open, so the line is due to their lack of register lanes being open. this last time i went i was 5th in line and there were 4 people behind me, i understand it's 1hr before closing time but having only 1 register open is not customer friendly, the manager or some one else should be trained on the register so when there's a day that a bunch of us late night shoppers show up at the same time they can jump in and help bring...
Read moreI had the worse customer service experience. I ask the cashier to put all my items in one bag. got all the home and realized I didn't have my ground beef for dinner . I then called the store and told them I left the ground beef and was trafered to a manager. The manger asked me what time and I was told to bring the receipt. I proceeded to cook while the person I was in the store with me went back to the store. then I was told that it my responbility after the food was in the bag to make sure everything is there.
