Pariente Mix taco truck was an amazing experience. We rented one of their taco trucks for a small wedding reception. From the moment I walked up, I was greeted by the owner Leo with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. The menu was focused on traditional recipes done right. We had a choice of 6 different tacos and each one was outstanding. The tortillas were fresh, the meats were perfectly seasoned and tender, and the toppings added just the right balance of heat and tang. What really stood out, though, was the owner’s hospitality. He routinely checked in to make sure everything was to my liking. You don’t get that kind of thoughtfulness everywhere. This isn’t just a great taco truck—it’s an experience. I go to the other location on Constitution and Galena so I can only speak for them however these are the best tacos or burritos I had since I moved out of Chicago. The gentleman there by the name of Leo was also super polite. I suggest you stop by! Also The toasted tortilla is a great addition to the product! I just had to edit my review upon leaving there a short while ago. I had to drop them from 5 to 3 stars. The reason is as I was walking up to the stand all the employees and a visitor were passing around a joint smack in front of the taco stand. It completely turned me off from wanting to approach the stand and to return...
