Worse customer service... i have always hated coming to this place i have always complained to my husband that their "girl" workers are always "extra friendly" with guys FYI like today Aug 3 around 9:20am literally two customers including my self very sad to say that i paid for my bread and was waiting on her to give me my bolillos and she started to pay attention on the custumers that was on the next regester which was 2 males already getting attended like hello she ignored me and went on packing their bread and after she was done with the others register customer continued to started to pack my bread and then told that other girl that she knew why she helped her like really this is not the first time it has happen to me very sad to say they won't catch me here again i want to give it no starts but unfortunately i can't worse...

This by far the worst place to get food, if you want to order food from here you need to clear an hour for the food to be ready after they give you a wait time of twenty minutes, not only that but you have to make sure they got the order right. I have tried to reach out to the owners to let them know how the service has been but no one knows where they are or how to get a hold of them. I spoke with Maria there who told me I should have taken a picture of the food and taken it back after the ridiculous wait period🙄. I didn't want my money back at all I just wanted to explain to the owners or management how frustrated I was and from what I could see I was not the only one wondering why the food was taking so long and then coming out wrong. According to to the employees there they don't know anything...

The bread is good at this location, the fresh bread that's out on the trays only,watch out for the bread inside the glass shelves, is not always fresh.

My main complaint about this place is with a Cake that we recently ordered.

I ordered a custom 2 layer cake from them last week,it was for my daughter's 21st Birthday,so I wanted something special.

The decoration was okay,the name tag was very small and the writing on it even smaller.

But the main thing was the cake itself, OMG! The flavor was HORRIBLE! The cake didn't taste good at all,inside it was like big chunks of dough put together.

The cake was $125 What a waste of money!

Taste was very bad,it was super sweet on the outer icing and inside it tasted like it wasn't fully cooked.

WORST CAKE WE EVER HAD! WILL NEVER BUY CAKES...
