My initial experience was great. Zach helped me get switched over from Verizon to At&t because of a transfer promotion they were having. He was helpful in store and helping me get my new phone quickly. However, since then, my experience with Zach has been unpleasant. When it came to needing to get the credit via Visa gift card so I can pay off my line with Verizon, I have had the hardest time getting information or help to pay off my line. On March 27, I sent my final Verizon bill to Zach so that he can submit it for the credit. Come to find out almost 3 months later, after I had to spend 45 minutes on the phone with At&t, he never submitted the bill. So the credit has not even been processed and I’ll need to wait at least 10 business days for the credit to be processed. I have reached out to Zach multiple times over the last 2.5 - 3 months asking for him to help me get this credit because Verizon was trying to collect the payment and each time I’ve reached out to Zach , I’ve gotten a short, response or no response at all. Now it is three months later and I’ve had to spend at least two hours on the phone with AT&T, and spend 30 minutes at another At&T location just to figure out how I can get this credit. Read moreI went to switch over from Verizon to AT&T since they were supposed to be cheaper, I went in and had a terrible experience. I met with a gentleman that didn't seem to really know what he was doing causing a lot of confusion, Zach then took over while the other gentleman assisted other customers. The entire time I was there, I wasn't getting the proper attention and Zach was back and forth with other customers and us, this caused confusion with my account and numbers as well. He also wasn't nice at all to me or others on our account. I've called the store and we've been in store and each time we have talked with Zach he has been rude and not respectful at all he has told us to come in store due to policy but when we go in person, the interaction is awful and the issues still doesn't get resolved. We have been noticing that the number we were told of what we would pay aren't accurate meaning we were lied too and they were dishonest with us and now causing even more confusion and more money out of our pockets. Read moreI've never hated a place so much in my entire life. Went there to switch from Verizon to at&t so as to bundle our DirecTV and save some money. Was told first off that in order to bundle my at&t account, I would have to cancel the DirecTV acct in my name and open a new one in my fiances name, so we did (later found out that this is completely untrue and they scammed us into getting a bonus for a new DirecTV acct opened). Was quoted $227 every month for my plan with 4 devices and was ensured several times that the amount would be consistent EVERY month since I'm on an unlimited plan and there would never be any overage fees, etc. My payments have never been a minimum of 227, they have always been way over the quoted amount. I have had the worst time trying to rectify the situation with AT&T and regret ever switching to their service. I am extremely pissed off that every time I call and explain the situation to an AT&T or DirecTV representative, I am told that these guys lied to me and basically scammed me just to reach their stores goals and quotas.
