Panda Express — Restaurant in Aurora

I’ve came to this exact panda so many times and never had a problem but today was a different story. My husband, my baby and I went out for some lunch and we ordered fried rice with our entree. We sat down and started to eat but the fried rice was mushy, clumped together, had absolutely no flavor and even some pieces of the rice were still hard. My husband went back to the counter and explained it and asked if we could just switch it for regular white rice. The girl said she was a manger but honestly the way she handled the situation makes me think she wasn’t. And if she is they need some new managers. Her name was Da. That’s all it had on her name tag. At first they were rude saying “they say the fried rice isn’t good but it is. I don’t know what’s wrong with it.” And they proceeded to hand back our previous bowl with the fried rice and chicken and just gave us two bowls of white rice instead of remaking the whole dish. Even though we didn’t even eat but that one bite out of it. My husband said you can’t just remake it. And they made a huge deal out of it. They then ended up giving us new bowls after my husband argued with them for a good 5 minutes. But most of all what made me more mad, was the fact that ALL the employees were sitting there talking crap about the whole situation the entire time we remained there to eat our lunch. They kept pointing and looking at us while they were running their mouths. All I have to say is get some better management and they also need some cleanliness because the restaurant was DISGUSTING. the drink station 🤢 the trashes were full and there was food all over the front cover so when you threw your trash away you had to be careful where you touched to push in the lid and throw away your food. There was also food all over the floor in the dining area. Everywhere you walked you were stepping on rice and chicken, napkins, forks. It was gross and they had the audacity to be rude. Like check yourself. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to the homeless man on the corner. Very disappointed...

I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A RESTAURANT SO MESSED UP. THE LADY THAT WORKS THERE HER NAME ON HER NAMETAG IS YOUN CHARGED ME FULL PRICE FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT WANT TO ORDER. THEY RAN OUT OF THE TERIYAKI CHICKEN I WANTED WHICH THEY TOLD ME WOULD ONLY TAKE 2MINS, I WAITED FOR NEARLY 10 MINS JUST FOR THEM TO TELL ME THAT ITS ALMOST DONE. I THEN TOLD THEM NEVERMIND ILL JUST TAKE WHATEVER WAS IN MY PLATE THEN YOUN, PROCEEDED TO ASK ME WHICH OTHER ENTREE I WANTED I THEN SAID NO MORE BUT SHE THEN INSISTED. I THEN HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 5 MINUTES BECAUSE ONLY ONE REGISTER WAS OPEN AND THE RESTAURANT HAD BEEN SO BUSY WITH ONLY 2 PEOPLE SERVING FOOD. 2 PEOPLE CHEFFING. AND ONE PERSON ON THE REGISTER. THERE WAS ANOTHER GIRL IN THE LOBBY WIPING DOWN THE TRAYS AND GIGGLING AS SHE LOOKED OVER AT HER COWORKERS STRUGGLING I MADE SURE TO LOOK AT HER NAME, DAISY. FINALLY I WAS AT THE REGISTER AND THE GUY THERE WAS NAME ALAN, HE DID NOT GREET ME AT ALL AND INSTEAD OF ASKING ME WHAT I HAD HE ASKED YOUN WHAT HE SHOULD CHARGE ME FOR AND SHE TYPED SOMETHING IN ON THE SCREEN, WHISPERED SOMETHING IN HIS EAR AND RAN BACK TO HELP THE OTHER PERSON, MY TOTAL CAME OUT TO BE WORTH TWO ENTREES AND ONE SIDE, THE ENTREE I HAD CHOSEN DIDNT EVEN GET MARKED DOWN. WOW. I THEN LEFT THE FOOD ON THE COUNTER AND WALKED AWAY. WASTE OF TIME AND IM NOT GONNA...

Quick, delicious, convenient food. Usual peak time around 5pm when even getting take-outs will mean getting in line. Best to come before then or after 7pm. They do cook dishes in smaller quantities but this, I personally feel is better for customers as it ensures we get dishes that has not been sitting on the counter. Service is sometimes great and other times, mediocre to abysmal. I have to commend 1female Asian staff (cashier, a few times I have gone there) , who is not only very pleasant but very polite in her dealings with customers. She would get 5 stars from me. Giving this branch 4 stars for more often than not, inconsistent amounts of servings of food. Love their Cheese Wantons, Five Spice Shrimp & Beijing Beef.

Tried the new 8 Treasure Chicken Breast in addition to our usual dishes, and I have to say, this dish is a fail. Tasted bad, like some chicken were bad, sour taste and ended up in the trash. Since dishes are all in one container, the Beijing Beef ended in the same manner. Will have to give a 2-star for this visit and downgrade overall...
