How should i start this review? First my husband ordered the penne rosa and on the first 3 bites he found a hair in the pasta, he went and told cashier said they would replace the plate but never apologized. Second thing that went wrong at this place was the spaghetti and meat balls on the kids meal, my almost 3 year old kept saying it was spicy , I thought she was exaggerating but she wasn't, she had her eyes all red and watery, I try the spaghetti and guess what?! Spaghetti was really spicy. I went again to the cashier and asked her if they didn't have a different marinara sauce when she asked why I told her the sauce was really spicy. She said it shouldn't be spicy and I told her that it was spicy , that it was kids meal and it shouldn't be spicy . She replied that if I didn't want the spaghetti I could get something else (pasta with butter) , they never tried to taste the sauce to see that it was actually spicy. If we went to this place and ordered what we ordered it's because that's what we wanted to eat. Same again zero apologies and when I asked for my refund the girl , who was the cashier, made a face and said they were already cooking my husband's food I told her that after we found a hair on my husband's food and spicy food i wanted my refund and she was rude about it. 3rd this place was really dirty, we went all around the restaurant looking for a clean table until we found. We are definitely not coming back...
Read moreI was kinda tired of traditional fast food, and really tired of my own cooking. (I try, but for some mysterious reason the food I cook, ends up looking nothing like the pictures I see in cookbooks or on YouTube) And seeing as how this was Sunday and I was at work, my options were a bit limited. I was looking for a place to grab a quick bite, and quite by accident, stumbled across the Noodles and Company on Tower Road. I walked inside, and found out that they did do to go orders, and so ordered up some Beef Stroganoff and Pot Stickers. The Counter Staff was very friendly, and despite the communication problem because of the mask mandate, (I will be quite happy when the "Old Normal" becomes the "New Normal" again) got my order taken and served up in record time. The food was absolutely delicious. The cooks really did a superb job of getting my order out in short order, and I have to compliment them on their professionalism. The Pot Stickers were a perfect compliment to the Stroganoff, both the entree and side dish were hot and well prepared, and the only thing I wish I could have gotten along with dinner would've been a short nap afterwards, but the whole job thing.... So, if you are looking for a change up from burgers and chicken sandwiches and want a full and satisfying meal served up hot, delicious and in record time, the Noodles and Company off Tower Road would be a go to for lunch or...
Read moreMy wife and I came in to this location at 815pm, 45 minutes before closing which we thought was plenty of time to order our meal. We attempted to order two different meals and were told they were out of each type of noodle. Annoying, but whatever...we ordered something else. My wife's food comes out in 5 minutes, mine in closer to 15. She hs already finished her meal so it wouldn't get too cold. My food finally comes and (it's the whole grain Tuscan Fresca) after 15 minutes, after the meal was cooked and brought to me, only then that the employee says "This normally comes with tomatoes, but we already packed them up, do you want us to unpack them?"....seriously. After 15 minutes, my third option for my meal, after it is completely cooked, you offer to take my food back now and put what was supposed to originally be on it...on it. All whole sounding like I, the customer, was an inconvenience by wanting my dish to be complete.
It's only a 20 dollar meal for the two of us, but come on, noodles. How much more could this service have gone wrong? It was very clear that your only goal was to close early, not serve customers the meal they order.
Edit: 2 stars because the food was...
