I placed an order on the app Dec 28th 2024, to pickup on my way home from work. Everything went well until I showed up at the location and the staff said my sandwiches were still about 10-15 minutes out. I was fine with waiting that amount of time as I understand it was a busy time, even though I put my order in approx 20 mins before arriving. I waited and finally heard them call Daniel. I grabbed it and went to my car and checked the sandwiches, the receipt actually read "Daniel" and not Danielle and it was not my order. So I took it back and explained this was not my order. They looked on the que and told me they didn't have my order and I probably sent the order to a different location. I opened the app and verified that I sent the order to this location, he thought then maybe order was pending I showed both the email confirmation and theapp confirmation that my sandwiches were "being prepared " after some time of being put off they suggested me calling the customer support because there was nothing they could do for me. I called but the customer support wasn't able to help me with the issue at that but did email me and said that the store specifically had to take care of the issue. I spent about an hour at the store and left without sandwiches. So here I am about 3 months later still waiting on the store to reach out, about at least store credit as I paid for those sandwiches and never received them. I'm bummed because I love firehouse, but am not going back until I get...
Read moreFrom the moment we walked in it was a great experience. The place smelled amazing and we were greeted by Jess. The floors were clean and all the open tables and the counter tops were clean as well. Jess also took our order. I asked her which sandwich was her favorite and she responded that the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket sub was her favorite. I was craving something with tomatoe in it so I asked her about other popular sandwiches. She was very knowledgeable about each sandwich and which one were popular. My friend and I decided to get 2 sandwiches, the captain's club on wheat and the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket on white and split them. After we ordered we selected our chips, filled our drinks and chose a table to sit and and in a matter of mins our name was call to get our subs. Pretty fast service. Omg! I bit into the club and it taste amazing. Juicy and great flavors. The bread was also perfect. Then I took a bite of the brisket sub and OMG that one was even better. The meat was soft and the flavors were absolutely amazing. Above all Jess knows her stuff and the sub she suggested, the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket is by far the best sub. Super delicious. We will definitely be back for this sandwich. Jess was very helpful and very friendly. Thank u Jess for 2 great sandwiches and a...
Read moreNames and locations have been changed to protect the innocent. I came in at 1100a.m ish. There was no one in this place. It was a little before lunch so I made it before the rush. They had 4 people working at this time. I ordered a simple, small turkey sub. This was a 3" sub, with 4 items with vinegar and oil. They FORGOT VINEGAR AMD OIL. By the time I took a couple bites it was almost gone and I realized it was missing something. I didn't go back, nor did I have the time to do so. It is AMAZIN, that 4 workers and a manager could not get my order right. If it was busy I could understand a little more. WHAT IS GOING ON with this? Why can't 5 adults get one order right? What is the solution? Nothing! It DOES say a great deal about how this place operates. I'm not mad I've gotten used to sub-par service at most places lately. I tried to blame it on the political climate, or climate change but it's deeper then that! It is corporate America conspiring against me and so I will scream victim, put my tin foil hat on and forget about this until the next time the evil firehouse subs tries to plant a chip in me. P.S. I SWEAR I SAW ELVIS AND BIGFOOT BOARDING A SMALL TIC TAC SHAPED CRAFT ON THE ROOF OF FIREHOUSE SUBS. All terms and conditions were not met...
