Starbucks — Restaurant in Aurora

If you haven't been to the worst Starbucks in Colorado, please visit this greatly horrible location. They just remodeled this location, but you couldn't tell because it looks unkept. You'll be treated like you're a great burden to them and you're taking time away from them standing there gossiping.

I arrived here at 3:40pm because it's the closest one to my house, and I had Rewards to cash out on. I wanted a Protein Box, but there was only one left, the food shelf appeared to be neglected in getting replenished with items. After I grabbed the lovely protein box, I also wanted to order the new Prickly Pear drink, so I went to stand waiting for assistance at the register. There were two other "non-uniformed" ladies behind the counter drinking their tea drinks and gossiping about someone. I patiently waited to have someone take my order. Then another lady walks up, frustratingly with a cup in her hand and just upsetly drops it to the floor, rolls her eyes and says "What can I get you?" I asked, "do you have the Prickly Pear drink?" With an abrupt response, "-we're out." I just got the lonely protein box and walked out. It was a sad Starbucks day for me.

Overall, I had just been having the best Starbucks experiences at all the other locations that I have visited, and now this experience would make all the puppies in the world cry! Just a heads up to everyone, don't bother with this location, parking is horrible, the traffic in this area is challenging, and there's a friendlier and welcoming Starbucks about five minutes away! They obviously don't care about much here, so I should've expected service to be poopy, but I gave them...

Most of the time time everything turns out good. My visit is short and quick. However for the past week i have been having to wait in the drive thru for at least 15-20 minutes. I wouldnt really complain but on a lunch break run, not really the best spot for that. Now in regards to the coffee itself. I want to say was horrible. Usually its always too sweet, however this time it was really dry, unsweetened, yet almost white. Not really sure why it tasted like straight black coffee with a little extra water. Also had to ask for my drink twice. The first time they gave me a tall that was filled less than a quarter with coffee and three quarters of the cup with whip cream. So they let me keep the whip cream, then they gave me a venti completely over filled. I mean they literally put the cap on and kept filling it through the lid, with no whip cream, I rushed out of there not only because i was late for my second shift but i was already irritated. I was coming on here to review the odd experience I had today in the drive thru line... but it looks like Kaitlyn already beat me to it. I can't confidently say that I was behind Kaitlyn but given that we are reviewing on the same day only an hour or so apart... I can't help but think that her review makes my experience a little less bizarre.

I was not sure what exactly was happening at first but now it seems to make a lot more sense. While I do agree that long lines can be annoying (I will say, yes. The line was long).... You could see how long the line was before you get in it... so I was REALLY confused when I was waiting and a lady was SCREAMING at the cars in front of her to hurry up AND the cars behind her about how the baristas were taking too long.
