It was around closing time with about 15 minutes left. They gave great service until the very last customer. I was really craving donuts!!!

Came 11.14.2020 and there was no donuts. It was almost 10pm and they were due to close at 2am. When asked why they didn’t have any donuts they said it was all they had. One guy was on the phone while the other was prepping donut supposedly for 5am. There was a few racks of donuts behind one employee and he said he couldn’t serve those because it was a pick up order it had to be over 100 donuts. Both employees were very rude. When all was said and done they claimed they closed at two. They had tons of paper signs but they only hour sign said 2am!! Not 10pm!! A...

The first time I visited with my boyfriend, we had a lovely experience. Almost all of the donuts tasted great and we got amazing service from the cashier! The cookies and cream flavor had a bit of an odd taste to it so we ended up throwing it out, but the cronut was the best part of our selection! The second time i visited, we walked in and were not greeted because one of the employees was screaming on speakerphone with someone. They walked away from the front, leaving whoever was on speakerphone still screaming during our entire time in the store. The donut house on Parker Road I have been to several times in the last 20 years definitely had different owners. So today I go in apparently I by 2 croissant donuts and to filled donuts and to regular doughnuts she then tells me that it's $16. Wow are you kidding me? There not that dam could. So another words if I was to buy 12 of these donuts double that order they're telling me that would be $32 for a dozen donuts are you freaking kidding me. There better be some golden these donuts. I'm so upset I don't even wanna eat them I just wanna return them and get my money back I just can't imagine paying $4 for a donut Never have I been so disappointed. And I definitely will...
