I'm 62 years old. The first time I went in there The chubby guy with the beard immediately asked me for ID when I walked in the door he said he had to know everyone. They came in the store. I immediately left, I was just going to look at the store to see what they had today. I went in. To go look at some items, they were rolling trays. I don't know they're worth about 6 to $15 when I was looking at them. I asked if I could touch one, play Cold onto it. The gentleman said, no, it's against their policy. This chubby guy with the beard for some reason, he likes to flex his authority. I've been in this door before, and other people have. Let me hold items and touch them. Items that actually cost more money than $10. This guy is making your store lose money. I immediately walk out again instead of purchasing anything. What do I have to purchase the item? Skylar is odd. He didn’t ring up all of my stuff, and then 30 minutes later called and said I needed to come back right now to pay for it, the store would’ve been closed by the time I got there. A few times after that he was there and was trying to push a hydroxy tablet on me saying that, “these really __ my buddy up! You should get these.” He also tries to push other payment methods on me saying that instead of paying this way we can split the payment this way instead. He also talks over all of the other employees who are trying to help customers and it’s obvious he makes everyone working here and customers uncomfortable...

Absolutely love this place! Every time I come in, the staff is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always take the time to answer my questions and make great recommendations based on what I’m looking for. The shop is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of vapes, juices, and accessories.
