I don't usually get angry and don't usually leave bad reviews. I have been in retail ownership/management as well as customer service for 20+years so I know how difficult customers can be and their expectations. However we ordered dinner from this Pizza Hut location on 01/15/2023 and our order was soooo wrong it's unbelievable. I won't go into all the details however it got all of us upset at what all our orders were missing in the dishes, on the dishes, and the sides supposed to come with each we didn't even eat it. This was our dinner plans because we were all tired from the weekend and here we are having to make dinner. I am very sorry to the manager on hand that he had to hear me yell and curse at him which is so out of the norm for me, but he took it and handled it very well. I apologize to him and he said we would get a full refund however that is not what we wanted. We wanted to sit down with our orders, turn on a movie, and enjoy a Sunday evening. Again, we are now making our own dinner. We eat at the Shell knob location fairly often as we also have a home there. It always shocks me the difference in food taste and quality from the Aurora location to the much better Shell Knob location when it's the same menu and ingredients. I've never done a chargeback. I've never even complained about the food even when the food was far from being good. I've never stiffed my driver on the tip. I am a good tipper. I don't know what their problem is. They just suddenly decided they're not going to deliver to me anymore and won't tell me why. I've never even spoken to anybody at this location or corporate in person. Everything I've done is online. I've never made an order with a person so they can't say I was rude. This location has gone downhill and they keep changing management and employees. It never gets better. Well, this is just one more reason why. Businesses like this deserve to go out of business.

Read moreOrdered pizza, the girl that answered "kat" was new, she was very inexperienced and laughed at everything, didn't take our order seriously, got it wrong several times till we got her to get it right the third time explaining it. Told us it would take 55 minutes, after an hour and 20 min we called to see why our delivery order was not here yet the manager said the girl "kat" told us the wrong time and our pizza was being delivered now the driver was going out the door now. It's been 20 more minutes since we called and still no pizza delivery has arrived. Very sad situation, very bad for the pizza hut franchise in aurora mo.
