A joke. Pulled up and employees were just sitting outside and looked annoyed when we pulled in. I tried to order a power bowl and was told they were out of black beans so I asked if they could substitute them with refried beans and she was so hateful and told me it would be an up charge for that? I asked them could I get a discount on the bowl and she laughed and replied “no I’m not gonna substitute or give you a discount..why would I? We're very happy to hear about getting a taco bell in aurora mo but it has been a disappointment. The employees have no care for the quality of food they serve. We barely go a couple times a month and majority of the time either we are missing an item we ordered or it didn't get made the right way or like this last time where we got a steak quesidilla and it had so much grease? I'm guessing it was grease but it looked disgusting and falling apart because of how soggy it was. Worst customer service ever. I was treated like trash. I ordered over 26 dollars in food, I only got about half of that. The store was not busy. I called 10 times, and never got and answer. I drove back to get a refund and was told there was nothing they could do. The cashier that says he worked there 2 years told me he dont know how to give a refund, or reprint a receit. Just kept telling me there was nothing he could do. Then, to top it off, yelled at me through the window as I was diving away. Completely disrespectful. I could not be more disapointed and...
