This is a good and safe place to do business. I've had my computer in for repair several times with Kenny and his computer technician, Joseph: Last time, yesterday, my computer was dead like a door nail. Kenny gave me a quote before the job started, and even though it took 4-1/2 hours above what was expected, the original quote did not change. (If I hadn't been in a financial bind right now, I would have added to the amount.) This is what I call honest business. By the way, during those 4-1/2 hours, Joseph explained his every move, and clearly he was not going to give up before he got my computer to where he wanted it and I needed it to be. I had done an "update and recovery" refresh your pc without affecting your files. My Acer pc erased all my files and did a factory restore, I felt ambushed by my pc.
