When I first walked in the lady greeted me she wasn’t very kind, but the food was good. I walked in it was empty, and I’d say I waited maybe 2-4 mins top for my food. They were fast at getting it ready I ordered steak pho and cheese wantons. They didn’t have the sweet brown sauce or their hot sauce on the table. I asked her for it and she said they just opened. She brought it out and the sweet sauce that I like was barely half full. I use a lot of this sauce when ordering pho for flavor. I wanted to order wantons and they only had a 7 piece option which I think is not very convenient. I’m just one person so they should have options for people who come in and dine alone. Then to go and charge you extra for to go containers is crazy. I’m not sure how they thought I could eat all seven wontons and not need a carry out bag but all around the food was OK and the wait was great. But the customer service I’d at least say she could’ve tried a little bit harder to be nice. All around I would return to...
Read moreService was good. Food came out fast. But I'm very disappointed in the quality. I've tried over a dozen pho restaurants around Denver and it can be hard to decide which ones I like better than others. However I can confidently say this is easily on the bottom of the list. Ordered spring rolls with shrimp and beef; the beef was nearly raw in some parts, the roll was very loosely wrapped and ingredients poured out after one bite, and the peanut sauce had a heavy soy sauce flavor. I also got the spicy beef pho which was also incredibly underwhelming. Some of the cheapest cuts of beef I've ever had in pho with a very gamey flavor that consumes the whole soup. Slightly disturbing to have gamey flavor in American "beef". Lots of fat a tough parts combined with overly soft noodles makes this soup very subpar. If this were the first time I tried pho I'd likely never want to try it again. I recommend eating at one of the other many pho...
Read moreI'm dissapointed in the dish they served me at this place. I got the jalapeno chicken and I was expecting it to be battered and deep fried tossed in a sauce with a few jalapeno slices. What I got was nothing like the jalapeno chicken I've been eating at a restaurant where I always get jalapeno chicken. I got non battered chicken with different kinds of vegetables and a few jalapeño slices. THERE WAS NOT A DESCRIPTION IN THEIR WEBSITE AT ALL ABOUT THE DISH. When I got home I was really dissapointed and called to see if I could exchange it and was met with a rude answer and the whole time I was fighting to get a word in to explain the situation. All I got was "Sorry that's not how we make it here!!" They ruined one of my favorite dishes I will not be going back to this place. I would reccomend you call to get a description of the dish you're wanting to get just to make sure they're not making it differently than what you're...
