People in the shipping/receiving office are very nice and do their best, but whoever sets up their schedule, must have never been there or is ignorant. There is room to park overnight, but there are a lot of reefers parked there so the place is loud. Arrived 7:30 for my 8am delivery appointment, was told to wait for the call. I wasn't called to the dock until right before 10am, and empty by 11am. I mean they start at 7am, so if they are behind at the start of the day, how much behind do they get around 12noon? Also, they can only unload once they make space in the warehouse after loading a truck. Be careful when booking your next load after this place, as you may fall behind. So I want to make this review for all drivers who deliver here. The receiving hours 7 AM- 4 PM. They can take you earlier if they have enough room for product. Also they have overnight parking. Now exit 179A 179B closed for construction, I took exit 175 and follow I-90 business road, then turn left on N Main Street, no issue . There are SPAM museum and lots of good restaurants 10-15 min walking away...

To all the drivers. Never ever go there. My appointment was at 8am checked in at 7:45am and they unloaded at 2pm. They gave a silly reason that they don’t have enough room in the warehouse to unload. If you don’t have room why you don’t expand the warehouse. Because of them I missed my next pickup. On top of that they don’t have washroom for drivers not even portable potty. I wish i can give...
