Beware! Noe Benitez gave me a price for a slab and new deck above the slab. He started work then stopped, claiming he messed up his bid and couldn't continue. I gave him an opportunity to correct his bid and asked for the increase in price, which he gave me. I agreed to it and he continued and finished the slab. His work was very sloppy (terrible finish on slab, he dumped extra concrete at the back of my yard and got concrete all over our steel fence, etc.). He told me of his plan to correct these things. I should have known better than to pay him until these things were done but I trusted him. Big mistake. He disappeared and would never return calls or texts. The forms aren't even stripped from the slab, and nothing he committed to was done. Now I'm out several hundred dollars and looking for a...

I can't say enough about Noe Benitez and Beaver Builders. From the first meeting where he gave us great advice and made suggestions to improve the project to the final walk-thru, the experience was great!

Noe and crew were able to fit us in and complete the job on time and on budget despite the challenges of hard to find supplies and a very busy schedule. Noe drove all over town looking for the quality supplies he needed and ended up going as far as Georgetown to get decent cedar for the project.

He recommended and subbed electricians who also did a great job on installing two outdoor fans.

We obtained quotes from several different contractors and ultimately decided on Beaver Builders. Beaver Builders quoted us a very reasonable price for building a custom patio cover. More importantly, unlike a lot of the other contractors, Noe kept his appointments and provided us a detailed quote/invoice. His team worked diligently through two days of crazy weather (brutal heat and severe rain). When my wife or I had questions/concerns throughout course of the project, he was quick to respond and readily available.
