First, if I could give no stars I would!! I am pissed!! Never ordering from this place again!! I just called to speak to a manager and spoke to Debora, Brenda, something like that, anyway about employees reading the notes put by the customer, for example I put "extra crispy crust but not burnt" on a thin crust pizza. The pizza was soggy and flimsy. She says "first, let me ask you a few questions." As the conversation went on she over talked me, interrupted me with comments that justified her employees cooking requirements and standards. Not once did she apologize or attempt to rectify the situation! She only argued and defend her employees and establishment. She made me feel like it was my mistake by explaining to me how her employees are trained and that they follow cooking procedures based on how many minutes a pizza should be cooked to get the desired crust. This is not what customers want to here! This is not how a manager should handle a disappointed customer! Read moreHorrible experience, their ETA is not correct, I ordered slightly after 7 with a 25-35 ETA. Then after over an hour, it finally was out for delivery by door dash, no contact from the store and the food was awful and cold. I left a review via the email they send and when the General Manager: Deborah Summers emailed to apply a credit for the experience, there was no credit and she advise to contact the store where the store and corporate couldn't verify the credit. The GM is so unprofessional and the main reason for the review. Almost 2 hours to get cold pizza is 1 thing but to deal with an incompetent GM is another and is probably why I had this bad experience in the 1st place. I would just go literally anywhere else.
Update per the response from "owner" who didn't fully read what I said: I already spoke to the GM and she is the main reason for the review, I sent feedback via email about how bad the experience was and the GM made the situation worse, I already have called the store and even called the corporate number with references #s and more.
